They are not giving us refrigerated I tell them room closes to elevator but they give me far away I don’t know its okay

Great location, few trolley stops to the historic Old Town and Downtown, shopping malls surrounding, service is excellent! We will come back !

Great location, lobby is very pretty. Room is spacious but outdated (upgrade necessary but can’t say anything coz the room price is affordable. Trip.com should let customers know about parking fee ($39/night).

Mixed Experience at DoubleTree Mission Valley - Great Service, Disappointing Pool Facilities I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton San Diego Mission Valley and had a mixed experience that I feel compelled to share with fellow travelers. Location & Overall Property The location is decent for exploring San Diego, though nothing spectacular. San Diego is a relatively compact city, so you can get around easily from here. The hotel itself is generally clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. The property has clearly been kept up over the years, and you can tell they put effort into maintaining the common areas. Service & Staff The service was average but pleasant. The staff seemed genuinely nice and welcoming throughout our stay. I have to give special mention to the warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in - they were absolutely delicious and such a nice touch! It's those little details that can really make a difference in your experience. The Pool Situation - Major Disappointment Here's where things went downhill fast. We were really looking forward to using the pool facilities, but what we encountered was pretty disappointing: Outdoor pool: Not heated, which was a real letdown Jacuzzi: Okay at best, but super chlorinated to the point where it was almost uncomfortable Indoor pool: This was the worst part - it smelled strongly of urine and looked awful. I foolishly decided to take a dip anyway but left immediately. The likely culprit? Lots of kids using the pool, including some who probably aren't fully potty trained yet. The pool area really needs attention, especially the indoor facility. For a hotel of this caliber, the pool conditions were unacceptable. Final Thoughts While the hotel has its positives - cleanliness, nice staff, and those amazing cookies - the pool facilities were such a major disappointment that it really impacted our overall experience. If you're not planning to use the pools, this could be a decent choice. But if pool time is important to your stay, you might want to look elsewhere.

Finding myself pondering over card billings later that I was not sure what they were and could had explained earlier. All hotels I had stayed, provided free water bottles except this one.

Very good! Will stay again. Staff and rooms are great as expected. No complaints.
