Let us know in advance—approval and extra fees apply. * Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $100/day minimum (based on current SDGE rates so please inquire about pricing prior to booking). Jacuzzi heating is always free * A $100 pet fee per pet applies (up to 2 small dogs) to cover deep cleaning after checkout. * After 8 guests, there’s a $50 per night fee for each additional guest. * Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead and depends on our cleaning schedule. * Loud music is not allowed on the property after 6:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors, and quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
