Old unit in dire need of professional upgrades and repairs including cabinets, furniture , bathrooms and flooring.Microwave , oven and the inside of all cabinets were smelly and dirty. TV in main bedroom not connected, no heating or air conditioning except for small electric heater for the whole unit. We were so cold. Unit located on top of a steep hill no suitable for seniors. We did not enjoy our stay

The property could benefit from updates of furnishings, one of the bathrooms, cabinetry, etc. The location is excellent and the view of the ocean and pier about as good as one can get in the area

This place is amazing.The view is beautiful and itb was so nice to falll asleep listening to the ocean.Jerrry was a friendly and accommodating host. We would happily stay there again.

The location of the property cannot get any better especially for people who cannot drive like myself being 5 mins walk away from the beach and 10 mins walk away from the main shopping area. It’s a comfortable apartment with panoramic views. The check-in was super easy and the host Jerry was very friendly and responsive.

Top of the World
The balcony overlooking the town and the ocean was the star of our stay! Apartment was spacious and clean. We appreciated the fresh flowers!
Great location. Easy to walk to the Pier and the beach. Would stay there again.

Beach house
View was spectacular as well as the location. There were ants in the kitchen and in the master bedroom. Never able to get the TV to work, other than Netflix. Had fun any way!
