A large hotel, which needed some tender lovely care. The room was big enough along with the bed, and we over looked the lake. It was a nice option of having a bath. The gym had the basic equipment in to be able to do a workout. The swimming pool was big enough to actually swim properly, however it was too hot in there, it would have been nice to open the doors to let fresh air in there, the water was like a bath. The pool didn't open until 10am, which was too late, it would have been great to swim before breakfast. The breakfast got very busy early and seemed very disorganised, however the selection was plentiful. The reception staff did help as we wanted to play golf, so they gave me the details to book and sort, which was great. The hotel was a 30min walk into town, unless you booked an Uber or had a car. You had to walk along the road.

We really enjoyed our recent visit to this hotel whilst travelling around Argentina. It was lovely to be able to unwind at the hotel after a lot of travelling beforehand. The hotel is in a great location for accessing the city centre, as well as the circuito chico. The staff were very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable, thank you!

Awesome hotel, location,staff,services and facilities are top of the class.I definetely recommmend it.The park is magnificent with its flowers, tres and birds. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, the bathroom spacious and the bed clothes are soft and fine.

From the moment you turn off the main road, and take the winding road to the hotel, you know you’re at a special place. Found everything spectacular; service, rooms, cleanliness, views, wildlife (birds). This place has committed itself to quality,. You will come and never want to leave.

Wonderful hotel. Clean, staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful setting and great service. Highly recommend this hotel. Great restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The rooms were very nice and beds were very comfortable. We were traveling with a small group of 14 and they were wonderful working with our varied needs and schedules

The property is located outside the city center, 2 km, this makes the stay more pleasant and relax as it is quiet and the property grounds and gardens are beautiful.
The views from the hotel are spectacular.
We arrived 3 hours early, and were able to check in, as our room was very clean and ready.
Hotel staff is very frienly, knowledgeable of the Bariloche area, and very helpfull.
To start your day, breakfast is fantastic, with lots of variety and large selections of hot or cold food, pastries, fresh fruits and vegetables.
We anjoyed our stay, and hope to come back again.

Good but not great hotel
Great view and comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent. However, the whole point of staying at a spa was to access massage services. Unfortunately, they were fully booked during my entire stay. I ended up having to get massage services away from the hotel, which was more affordable and probably better in the end, but it was inconvenient for me. The pool area also had weird hours, and would have been more accessible and convenient if it would have opened before 10am.
