Francisco was the best waiter ever, he made me and my husband’s experience amazing. Made sure we were good at all times and has such a positive attitude. 10/10 highly recommend him to anyone here

Very nice hotel on the Riverwalk. Eat at restaurant in hotel or rosarios nearby. Don't eat on Riverwalk. Hotel is clean,staff is friendly and beautifully decorated

Wonderful stay! Super clean, modern hotel and wonderful amenities: pool, work out room and spa! We got a free upgrade to a suite! Joe at check in was so kind and helpful! Great location close to everything and right on the river walk!

Restaurant Ambler only. Did not stay in hotel. Had late breakfast. (not many late bkfasts in RiverWalk area). Very tasty bkfast. Texas style avocado guac on homemade ciabatta with perfectly fresh sweet grape tonatoes, delicious. Fresh grapefruit juice. Husband had classic eggs and sausage. Good coffee. BEST waiter EVER. Francisco. Friendly, not too. Value added in every area, lemons, ice waters to go, extra toast, continued pouring coffee...couldn't have been nicer or more attentive. Thanks Francisco !!!

Began our stay with lunch on the patio. Francisco, our waiter, was attentive and very friendly. The food was excellent. We next took a walk on the river for sightseeing and shopping. Very enjoyable. Of course, had to check out the pool. What a nice reprieve. Dinner at a local hot spot was the way to go.

The hotel is both beautiful & comfortable. Offers a pool & spa. Their restaurant’s ambiance, food quality & presentation were excellent. And all the staff have been warm, kind & informative. I’d stay here again any time. And they hired a local artist to create a Contessa!

Lovely hotel, in a great area, right by the river walks, close to the central tourist attractions and just down the road from a great place to have breakfast at La Panaderia. Rooms were incredibly comfortable, and very spacious. No bar service outside in the evening, and the bar shuts very early for an international hotel

The service we received at this hotel exceeded every expectation. The check-in was smooth and the front desk staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Thank you, Abbas and Karen at the front desk! They set the tone for our stay from the very beginning. Our room was absolutely beautiful. It felt like a luxury vacation with the impeccable cleanliness, amenities, and thoughtful design. Francisco and “Fast Eddie” were absolute standouts in concierge. Their yesrs of dedication to service and quick assistance made the vacation a breeze - even with a toddler in tow. The Ambler - the hotel's restaurant food was delicious. That, coupled with Francisco's service as our waiter, made dining there a delight. He was professional, quick, and friendly, making our meal a memorable experience. From beginning to end, the team made our stay flawless. This is truly a hotel where hospitality shines through every interaction. We can’t wait to visit again!
