Everyone was so kind and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. My only issue was with the tv. We wanted to have access to YouTube and other streaming services. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay!

The hotel has it challenging with his aging structure however, the staff was so amazing. I barely noticed any issues in the hotel.. the staff accommodated on my needs, answered my questions and even suggested great places to eat. The cleaning lady on that day provided anything I needed and she was amazing. I would come back to this hotel over any other hotel to be greeted by the warmth eye experience experienced.

We had the best stay at this hotel! ⭐️ We arrived in the middle of the night and they welcomed us warmly with care packages. Throughout our stay the team was incredibly friendly and always checking in with us. For the Chris Brown concert they set up tables with waters and snacks, which I’ve never seen a hotel doing. That shows how thoughtful the team is. The hotel itself is very modern and clean. The breakfast had everything we needed, both sweet and savory. You’re also in walking distance to all major sights and the Alamodome. I recommend this hotel 1000% and would always come back!

This was my second stay at Tru By Hilton. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The valet service was excellent. Brandon the valet person was always so pleasant and kind. He provided excellent service.

I got 3 room on third floor : 303, 307 & 324 , room 303 smelling like cigarettes, room 307 Refrigerator not working, 3rd & 2nd floor ice maker doesn't work
2 football game table has no BALL My kids upset , vallet parking on hotels websites state $35 but charge total withdrawal my bank total $42
