Excelente hotel, Si buscas un hotel para viajar con familia y niños en SAI. Este es el hotel, lejos la mejor piscina de la isla segura y con la vista total parra no perder a los chicos, con las actividades para disfrutar en familia juegos pensados en ellos, sus actividades terminan temprano y esta lejos del centro lo que te asegura la tranquilidad. Además una playa privada con bar y snack con todo lo que podrías encontrar en otros lugares pero a menor escala. La playa queda a unos 15 min y te llevan y traen desde el hotel. Saludos al personal por su disposición y atención preocupada. Lleva tu vaso térmico por que los vasos qué dan son de cartón de 250 cc y personalmente creo que contaminas con los 100 qué te tomaras en la estadía. Si vas solo o plan fiesta no te lo aconcejo por la lejanía del centro estarás obligado a tomar taxi.

Linda experiencia en un hotel muy grande con amplios espacios para caminar y relajarse, así como para comer y compartir en familia. cuentan con una mini van para acercarte a la playa la cual es muy linda. La atención del bartender Edwin en el bar Boleros la mejor, excelentes coctails, excelente atención, excelente persona!!!! Sugiero organizar los desayunos ya que son un poco caóticos. Los almuerzos y cenas, excelente!!! '''''' Sugiero considerar más opciones de platos los cuales pueden ir variando por días y conceptos los cuales serían más atractivos para los usuarios. Dentro de todo, es muy recomendable pasar unos días allí y disfrutar de la vista que es preciosa y de las instalaciones que son maravillosas.

Todo excelente, atención, comida, paisajes, espacio habitación, comodidad, buena ubicación, puedes usar las dos sedes, club de playa bien ubicado, cómodo. Solo mejoraría ofrecer algo más de variedad en los snacks u ofrecer más variedad de mariscos.

Nuestra estadia fue increíble. Este hotel realmente logra la esencia de estar en el caribe. El personal es muy amable, los bartenders Jeffrey y Doris son cálidos y divertidos. La animación de Thomas y su staff es de las mejores y deja muy prendida la noche. Tiene la piscina más linda y grande de la Isla. Las habitaciones son confortables, el hotel tienen servicios de traslado a la playa. La comida es bastante rica y tiene variedades para todos los gustos. Volveremos sin duda.
