The best location in San Andres, in front of the most beautiful beach, 3 blocks from the airport (you can walk there and back). It is super comfortable, the food is excellent, the pool is a dream. They delayed our flight and by paying extra we were able to use all the facilities and even use the buffet. The guys at the bar were super cool, the lifeguard too! The only bad thing was the attention of the receptionists and the one who seemed to be in charge of table service (in the restaurant area). The service needs to be improved, if they don't have patience with people they shouldn't work in customer service. But the rest is all 10!

The staff, especially Sr. Carlos Blanco, Jefe de Servicio al huesped is extremely helpful and friendly. You can definitely tell that they all enjoy their work environment as they try to anticipate everyone’s needs and more. The hotel is located in the best area of the island, is well maintained, clean and has ( in our opinion ) the best beach of the island. There’s fairly good night entertainment to represent the local Creole/ Spanish culture. The hotel has two A la carte restaurants : one on premises , the other at 5 minutes walking distance and a buffet which offer a good food quality and a fairly good variety. This hotel chain has more than one hotel on the island: the Isleno, where we stayed at, the Aquarium, Los Delfines, Marazul , Maryland and San Luis. You have access to most of their A la Carte restaurants ( part of the all inclusive package ) by reserving them on an Application. Those restaurants are at either a walkable distance or accessible by a short taxi ride, which cost on average an affordable 20,000-25,000 Colombian pesos each way. Please note that there are only 3 ATMS on the island . One at the airport located five minutes away from the hotel by taxi and 2 downtown , relatively the same distance. So, it’s good to have a few pesos at hand. That hotel represents an excellent value , we definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

The message at Zion spa was amazing and very relaxing. Kimberly and Ginesa were great and took care of us, we felt like feathers when we finished.

TERRIBLE experience, The head of security of the Hotel called five policemen, and gathered three other security people of the Hotel because my 63-year-old aunt lost the bracelet of the Hotel doing the activities of the island, the security personnel in a very hostile and in the end intimidating way forced to pay almost 100,000 pesos (30 dollars) to acquire a new bracelet, less than 8 hours before checking out. And among many things they threatened to take her out of the Hotel by force if she did not buy the handle again, the hotel’s security personnel act as if they were mobsters. Regarding the facilities, it is a hotel in decline it should have been good a while ago but now it is not, all things are old, rotten, smell damp and have signs of lack of maintenance everywhere, even lack of good grooming, presence of cockroaches

My wife and I had an excellent experience at the Zion Spa. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere was calming and beautifully designed, perfect for a relaxing escape. We enjoyed a couples treatment that was both rejuvenating and deeply relaxing. The therapists were skilled, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Every detail—from the soothing music to the refreshing beverages—made the experience feel special. High recommend Sandra and Yinessa!!!

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. My experience was disappointing from the start. I had to change rooms multiple times because the air conditioning units were broken, no hot shower which made the stay very uncomfortable. The overall condition of the building was poorly maintained, giving the impression that it hasn’t been properly cared for in a long time. Although the property advertises itself as all-inclusive, the food was not consistently available. Items ran out quickly, and staff made no effort to replenish them. On top of that, making a dinner reservation at the hotel’s own restaurant was extremely difficult, which made the “all-inclusive” claim feel misleading. Customer service was also a major issue. The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and when I tried contacting the hotel prior to arrival, no one ever responded. To make matters worse, the tour packages sold on-site were three times more expensive than identical ones offered just outside the hotel. Overall, the combination of poor service, unkept facilities, lack of food availability, and inflated tour prices made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a better value and more reliable stay.
