Esperienza negativa al 100%. Rapporto qualità prezzo ...: da rapina a mano armata !!!! Struttura vecchia e fatiscente, stanze umide con l'acqua che cade dal soffitto. Cibo : no comment, per una struttura così costosa che si definisce internazionale i pasti sono semplicemente imbarazzanti. Un giorno abbiamo chiesto un piatto di pasta al pomodoro che è stato riscaldato nella padella dove prima avevano mantecato una pasta alla besciamella .... io sono allergico ai formaggi !!!! Personale di sala svogliato e poco attento. Hai l'obbligo di ordinare a loro le bevande e se sei fortunato arriveranno a fine pasto. Ps. Devi essere fortunato che non piova, altrimenti ti capiterà di mangiare al coperto ma sotto la pioggia ☔️ e stai sicuro che nessun cameriere si prodighera' per aiutarti. Animazione e musica caotica ed invadente, di certo non adatta a chi chiede la tranquillità. Wifi in camera praticamente nullo.

Mi peor experiencia en cuanto hotel en san Andrés, lastima la decadencia de los hoteles Decameron, las instalaciones muy regulares pero lo peor es el personal, atienden muy mal no solucionan nada y parecen obligados a trabajar allí !!! No volvería al hotel ni regalado, la culpa nuestra por escoger tan mal…

Habia venido a ete hotel hace unos 6 años y era de alta caregoría. Regresé y ennla venta por telefono no me informaron lo que habia cambiado el hotel en cuento a categoria. Pagué 11.5 MM COP por 3 adultos y 1 niño por 5 días. Desde que llegamos a hacer el check in la atención fue pésima, es como si el personal odiaran lo que hacen y el cliebte lo percibe, además muy lento el check in. Una vez nos dieron las habitaciones nos dlmos cuenta que las habitaciones no estaban comunicadas tal cual hicimos la reserva. Tuve que enojarme ante la incapacidad de ayudarnos. Una vez llegamos al almuerzo nos dimos cuenta de la poca oferta disponible, ya no poseen los snacks en la mañana, y los de la tarde son 4 opciones disponibles que te la sirven en un winipell. Antes atendian dos var tender por bar ahora es uno haciéndose la fila para un licor de 10 min. Estones una estafa, el precio no corresponde al servicio esperado.

Pésima la comida, aseo de los baños terrible, se ven con hongos, la gente de la recepción mal educada y antipáticos. La playa es chevere y la gente del comedor también,pero no vale lo que pagamos. Hay hoteles 5 estrellas por la misma plata y fuera del país.

We are a family of 3 and stayed for 5 nights. We also had our baby travelling with us. The check in process was not quick and took way too long. As I do not speak Spanish, it was very difficult to communicate as they did not hire very many bilingual staff. Very lucky I had my Colombian spouse and family with me. This resort is very much geared to Spanish speaking visitors only. As this is the so called “best” resort on the island, you would think they are expecting visitors from all over the world. The resort stated that it had multiple restaurants, yet nobody working there told you anything about the restaurants or how to even reserve a spot. Did I mention yet that only one restaurant has air-conditioning? This will be the only place on the resort that you find an air conditioner, other than your room. After attempting to sign into the extremely bad Wi-Fi, I was able to self teach myself how to look into booking a restaurant. Turns out if you don’t book it by 10 AM then you will not get a spot for dinner which we’re 6:30pm or 8:30pm options. But this has nothing to do with space or occupancy because when we did eventually have a dinner at the restaurant, there was plenty of seats still open. Maybe this is because nobody knows how to book a spot? I digress. The rooms were decent, clean and the air conditioning functioned very well. This was a plus. The buffet was decent and had a variety of food each day. Unfortunately, the entire week we were there, they did not turn any of the large fans on so you were basically eating in a sauna of 40° and 90% humidity for each meal. I love some heat and that is the purpose of going on a vacation like this, but you would expect at least during meal time to have some circulating air while you relax off the beach. Especially with a younger baby, some time away from the heat to cool off would have been nice and healthy for the baby. The beach and the water views were some of the best in the world. The island sure lives up to its natural beauty and the people we very friendly. Overall, it was a great experience, however, this resort is very very limited with entertainment options. You absolutely get what you pay for on this one.

Un hotel excelente, con muy buena atención, personal amable, servicios completos y una ubicación privilegiada. Es una experiencia inigualable, que hace de las vacaciones un recuerdo único y con deseos de repetirse muchas veces. Totalmente recomendable!

Es bueno en general, con algunas apreciaciones que mencionamos como critica constructiva: - la playa es muy linda pero no tiene reposeras del hotel, hay que alquilar. - La piscina no tiene barra de tragos, y no permiten tomar nada en la piscina. - estuvimos 6 dias y los juegos de niños de la piscina no funcionaron ningun dia. - los horarios de la comida muy restringidos. - si apagabamos el aire acondicionado de la habitacion las paredes y pisos quedaban completamente mojadas. - la puerta de la habitacion parecia quedar trancada, pero le haciamos un minimo de fuerza y la abriamos sin usar la llave. - la limpieza podria mejorar muchisimo, no cambiaban las toallas, la cama la estiraban sin sacudir las sabanas, no reponian jabon, shampoo etc del baño. La ubicacion del hotel es muy buena. Gracias. Saludos.

El hotel Isleño cuenta con la mejor ubicación de toda la isla️ pues se encuentra frente a la excepcional playa "Spratt Bight" y justo en la mejor parte de ella desde el hotel puedes caminar de forma tranquila y segura por sus alrededores, que son la playa "Spratt Bight" y el centro, con el comercio más visitado por los turistas en general el cual incluye los icónicos almacenes "JR", jugueterías, licoreras, restaurantes, heladerías y perfumerías entre otros. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, espaciosas y hermosas, con una amplia y preciosa piscina que están remodelando en el momento, agregándole un parque acuático para el disfrute de los niñ@s. También cuenta con las camas más cómodas en las que haya descansado de hecho todas las camas de sus de sus hoteles me parecen ser igual de cómodas, hasta el punto en que observé la marca de sus colchones, para comprarme uno igual en casa Las habitaciones son muy iluminadas y con gran ventilación natural y artificial. La comida es muy rica y siempre está calentita y puedes disfrutar de todos las bebidas que desees, en sus 3 bares. Todo el personal tiene una excelente disposición para hacer que el huésped se sienta de lo mejor, especialmente el joven Carlos de atención al huésped y Orlando de la sección de equipajes; Pero en general todos son muy amables y si necesitas algo en la habitación te lo mandan de inmediato Llevé a mi niño en su cumpleaños número 7 pero no les avisé que él estaba cumpliendo años ni nada; sin embargo los meser@s del buffet al ver la velita de cumpleaños sobre la mesa y que él estaba un poco triste, en secret se pusieron de acuerdo entre ell@s y lo sorprendieron cantándole el "Feliz cumpleaños", entre tod@s, con gran alegría y emotividad La verdad es que me he alojado en otros hoteles cercanos; pero ninguno me hace sentir tan cómoda y feliz como el hotel Isleño En verdad es lo mejor de lo mejor!
