Helpful staff. Beautiful beach and pool. Nice rooms which are very clean and cleaned every day. Frequent problems with hot water, but this is common in Colombia. Inconvenient if you need to use an ATM - have to take a taxi into downtown Tumaco.

El Resort Hotel Villa del Sol, tiene un personal que es muy humano, atento. Un personal que se esfuerza por complacer y dar solución a las situaciones que uno les expone y no les preocupa si es una pendejada, ellos te hacen sentir que eres importante y quieren que estés cómodo. Las habitaciones son muy buenas, amplias, bien iluminadas, tienen una nevera, cafetera personal, silla y mesa buen clóset y baño bien aseado. La playa al frente del hotel no tiene sombrillas o caseticas para relajarse. No hay vigilancia es sola. Toca ir a la playa donde están los otros hoteles. El sector acuario en el hotel, no sé de los otros, tiene muy mal la TV. El internet es malo, no se puede conectar el celu al TV. No hay agua caliente. El inhodoro no suelta bien. El internet es pésimo. Y a esas cosas no pudieron dar solución porque, aunque el personal quiso ayudar, se notó que por falta de recursos $, no pudieron hacer nada. Al dueño o gerente o al que manda la parada eso no le preocupa, no le importa. A pesar de eso y gracias a sus empleados este Hotel se presenta como el mejor en el Morro. Ojalá valoren muy bien a sus empleados. Le doy 3 puntos, porque no pudieron solucionar nada de lo que estaba mal. Lestoca actualizarse y hacer unas buenas reparaciones. Gracias a todos el personal, que ahí trabaja, por intentar siempre hacernos sentir bien.

El hotel tiene una infraestructura exterior acogedora con mucho campo verde, sin embargo las habitaciones se quedan muy por debajo de lo esperado, colchones duros, aire acondicionado dañado, paredes sucias. El restaurante es bueno y lo mejor es que permiten la entrada de mascotas

La habitación si tenia aire acondicionado y televisor. El espacio se miraba limpio. Me agrado que en el mismo hotel se puede desayunar, almorzar y cenar. La piscina estuvo muy bien. Muy bueno que tenga zonas verdes para caminar. Se fue la luz pero enseguida colocar a funcionar la planta de respaldo.
