"We had the absolute best time here last week. We had a junior sweet with large balcony. Room equipped with toiletries, dressing gown, slippers. The hotel does have old decor but that gives it a very cosy feel. All staff polite, smiling and welcoming, food amazing, ski hire below hotel. We would most definitely return to this hotel and had the best week skiing. Thank you Winter Palace."

"The hotel is very nice. It is very well renovated and refreshed. The room we were accommodated in was very clean, large, tidy and warm. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the view from the bar is amazing. In general, the hotel is very well heated, which is very important for a mountain hotel. The breakfast was very tasty. The price-quality ratio is excellent and we will gladly come back again."

"I was quite disappointed overall with my stay at this hotel. The entire place felt very dated, with tired décor and facilities that clearly haven’t been updated in years. Cleanliness was also a concern — the bedsheets were never changed during my stay, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. The food was poor quality, with limited options and very little variation. It certainly did not meet expectations. You also do not receive drinks with your evening meal, which was frustrating. In fact, almost everything in this hotel comes at an extra cost — you seem to have to pay extra for just about everything. You even have to pay €10 per person, per day to use the sauna, which I think is completely unacceptable. The lifts were unreliable and slow, which made getting around the hotel difficult, especially at busy times. There were, however, a few positives. The hotel is in a great location and very close to the slopes, which is ideal for skiing. The drinks at the bar are reasonably priced compared to other nearby venues. The swimming pool was very warm, which was enjoyable after a day on the slopes, and we did receive fresh towels every other day, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the positives do not outweigh the negatives. The hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, food quality, and overall maintenance before I would return"

"When I first arrived I was really disappointed because the place was unclean in places and had dirty mats. The decor was very outdated. The pillow had big holes and tears in it. I felt quite sad and regretted not spending more on a nice hotel. The water seemed to come out yellow! It cost almost 30 euros for me and my son to go swimming in the pool which was cold! There was close to no vegan options in the restaurant. The people next door was extremely noisy and partying to the small hours. However the location is really good and there was 2 young ladies in reception that were so lovely and helpful. Therefore I have mixed feelings about this place."
