Amenities in the hotel is excellent. One vegetarian resturant is attached to the hotel n the food and services are very very good. However, you are agency charging higher rentals then prevailing at hotel. Please desist from such unethical business codes.

Found this property. Rooms are satisfactory but not up to the mark. Easily approachable location. Staff behaviour was good in my room there was no geyser that was disappointing.There is a restaurant named Preeti restaurant I would really appreciate its food quality. Over-all a good stay.

Third class service. I booked room for 3 person. But they don't have 3 person room. They provided a double bed room and ask us to adjust. When we deny then they gave a matress and a bedsheet to sleep on ground. Room is also looking very poor, inlay cigarette smell is everywhere. Bathroom is also not cleaned. My question is that, if you don't have any proper 3 person room then why you take bookings of 3 person.

There is a cooler installed outside of the window, which got some gaps and clearly visible to outside. Same with the bathroom window. The glass of bathroom was broken.

I dont want to stay further in this hotel if i travel to again sambalpur, worst hospitality ever i faced in a hotel sector. They dont even open the gate at the early in the morning and told me to go and return after 10 o clock, which is very pathetic for me at that time coz its almost 4 o clock. Room service also is not that good, bed bugs also there. Room smells odd. The only good thing is there food resturant named trupti restaurant which is good.

Room was old type, bathroom was dirty and windows glass broken. It’s not justified for the price of 1000 rupees. Its cost between 250 to 500 per day.

Location was good since it is in the heart of city. The bathroom door was not closing. The towel was very very old.

Very stinky ambiance and dirty rooms. Basic amenities is also not up to the mark. ceiling fan was far away from bed.
