It’s a nice resort, but it needs a renovation. The installations are a bit old. Also it’s for families, with lots of kids around. If you’re looking for something relaxing, might not be the best option. There are lots of activities during the day near the pool, with very loud music.

Excellent service, exceptional breakfast buffet, cleanliness, laser area. You have to pay R$5.00 for the pool towel. My son cut his foot on the beach, they carefully bandaged it. I loved my stay and I recommend this hotel.

The resort is right on the seaside, the scenery is beautiful! ! ! ! Going downstairs you will see the endless sea. There are restaurants, swimming pools, seaside SPA and playgrounds downstairs, which is especially suitable for family outings! ! ! ! Highly recommended!

The hotel has a good structure but the restaurant does not have quality food, the breakfast is excellent

Well, we have stayed at this hotel before. It's a great place for those going with children... they have recreation, a great breakfast and cleanliness and satisfactory service. However, when we were checking in, the girl at the reception informed us that we only made the reservation for a couple and that children were not included... I don't know if the problem was with the hotel or with TRIP as it still avoids embarrassment as the reservation was made with the correct number of guests. The Wi-Fi leaves a lot to be desired... it almost doesn't work! Ah, the toilet in the room (65) is terrible! To carry out our needs, we sat without support, because I don't know what kind of engineering it was, we sat and stood on our toes! Very high and extremely low sink… but overall it was good and I would go back…

The hotel's acoustics are unfavorable. Lots of kids running and screaming, maintenance carts passing through the hallway after 8pm, dragging beds upstairs after 9pm.

Hotel with great location, very good service, security, cleanliness. Prices for consumables inside the hotel are a little steep. Can beer 13 reais, food 80 reais per person.

Tolles Ferienresort. Viele Familien mit Kindern. Lage 1A direkt am Strand. Großer Poolbereich. Zimmerausstattung etwas "veraltet", aber King Sixe Bett sehr gute Matratze. Badezimmer gepflegt und sauber. TV allerdings auch veraltet. Kein Smart TV und für Ausländer keinerlei Programmangebot. Frühstücksbuffet sehr große Auswahl. Allerdings wirkt der Frühstücksraum wie eine Bahnhofshalle. Dunkel und wenig gemütlich zum verweilen.

Estádia: dia 15/03 ao dia 19/03/2025 com café da manhã. Atendimento e segurança do hotel: Muito bom, eles controlam a entrada e saída para segurança dos hóspedes. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, nos lembraram do Check-out e que se fosse do nosso interesse, poderíamos prolongar a diária, porém deveríamos realizar a solicitação até às 11:00 (fizemos o Check-out normalmente antes das 12:00), para prolongar não me informei dos valores!!! Limpeza: Toalhas, roupa de cama limpinhos e com cheirinho de lavados e secos na hora. O quarto e banheiro sempre bem limpos. Café da manhã: Buffet com tapioca e omelete feitos na hora, com máquina de café, sucos e iogurtes diversos, variedades de pães e bolos, variedade de frutas, pão de queijo e coxinha, muita variedade para todos os gostos, tudo muito gostoso. Praia: Bonita, porém não inclui guarda-sol e nem cadeiras, tem que pagar direto na barraca da praia, custou 10,00 o dia todo + consumo. Restaurante: No hotel havia 2 restaurantes, um com buffet incluindo rodízio de pizza e bebidas 99,90 por pessoa, outro Restaurante a La carte sendo muito caro. Ambos achei muito caro. No buffet poderia ter a opção de prato por 35,00/40,00 sem bebida, acredito que seria uma melhor opção até mesmo para os hóspedes.

Gosto muito do Gran , já fui algumas vezes e recomendo, vale a pena pegar a pensão completa.

Único ponto negativo a destacar é o caótico processo de check-in que poderia ser facilmente resolvido com pre check-in online

O hotel é antigo e necessita de uma reforma. Pontos negativos: Os móveis do apto são antigos e mal conservados. O box do banheiro também está mal conservado. Cobra-se R$ 5,00 por cada toalha de piscina, por dia de utilização. Pontos positivos: os funcionários são gentis, solícitos e simpáticos. A localização de frente à praia é o ponto forte. O almoço tem um preço justo (R$ 99,00), inclui bebidas não alcoólicas e água e é muito saboroso.
