When we first arrived we were given a room that someone else occupied and when we told him that someone was already in that room they said no one was and it came to me that somebody was they ended up putting me across the hall from the room that they gave me but overall I like the room

They need to do something about the smell. It’s very offensive and noticeable. It’ll take your breath away upon enter the building

Bugs, all rooms are smoking or at least they smell like cigarettes, dirt in the windows, crack in the ceiling, dark stains in the walls that looked like poop. I asked to give moved to a different room, the second room was even worse, they gave a spray to help with the smell of cigarettes. Ended up with asma and headache.

Our room was clean, but the motel in general needs some upgrading and general maintance and cleaning. The hallways badly needed vacumming & carpets shampooed. The shower rod in our room was nearily falling off the wall. I had to push two loose screws back into the drywall for it to hold up the shower curtain so I could take my shower. The next morning we went down for breafast. There was no waffles or toast; we were told the toaster was broke; nothing warm or hot (except hot water for tea) and coffee. There was an orange juice and cranberry machine for juice. To their credit the next morning there was a new toaster with bread to toast.

I stayed the night because it was difficult to find another hotel at the time of arrival. Management did nothing, I asked for full refund, they said could not do it. They offer another bedroom it was even worse. Gave me a spray thinking that would solve the problem. Worst experience of my life.

Nothing Super about this hotel. The problem wasn’t the staff. It’s the general manager that needs to address this issue. The problem could be resolved. We were very disappointed in our stay a would not recommend

Do Not Stay Here!!! Disgusting! Stayed for a dance comp on MAY 13TH and woke up to find a centipede on bathroom floor, roach in sink and another on the pillow i just slept on! Complained to lady at desk and was told the she would speak to general manger on that Monday. NO response. Called and was told he came in but already left. I could call back on thursday to speak to manager. SMH...

Love everything there! Employees are awesome and make you feel at home. Room care is very good!!! Hot coffee all day love love that. I will always keep here in mind when referring anyone that needs a room. We lived there until our place came open

Bed was comfortable but that was about the only good thing about the stay. The pool was indoors but was not heated. Breakfast was a few slices of bread to toast by the time we got there. Killed two roaches in room. Will probably not stay here again.
