I should have listened to the reviews. Stayed in room 212. Hair on shower walls and curtains, couch stained, TV did not work properly. I woke up with people arguing, banging on doors for 3 hours. Don’t know if it’s the area in general or if staff does not care but I will not be coming back. PLEASE BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I honestly regret staying here. The room was horrible—filthy, smelled strongly of stale cigarettes, and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The bed was rock hard, and they only provided two tiny half-sized pillows—barely enough for one person, let alone two. The bathroom was even worse. The tub was dirty with a worn-out floor, and the walls were grimy. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were completely empty. There were no tissues in the holder, and the small coffee pot looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The fridge? Absolutely disgusting—old white food spills and dirt packed into the door seals. To top it off, the front desk experience was disappointing. No one was there when I arrived—I had to wait, and when the attendant finally showed up, she was unfriendly, gave me only one key without asking if I needed more, and didn’t offer any information about the amenities. I saw a sign saying breakfast was from 6:30 to 9:30 AM, so we got up early, only to find the area completely dark, locked, and unattended at 7:30. No explanation. No breakfast. I paid $104 including tax, and honestly, I’m sad I paid anything at all. I barely slept—the bed was uncomfortable, the lack of real pillows left me with neck pain, and I was genuinely scared for my safety. The door didn’t close properly even when locked—it jiggled, and I ended up pushing my luggage against it just to feel somewhat secure. This place is a complete letdown. Dirty, uncomfortable, poorly managed, and not worth the money. I should’ve spent a little more and gone somewhere safe and clean. Do better.

If you’re in a pinch Sunny D and Costco granola bars are not breakfast. Rooms could use a thorough deep cleaning. Mattresses probably cost 80 bucks new 10 years ago. Pillows are small square and stuffed full of ground up memory foam that sounds comfortable in theory but my neck is still sore even 24hrs after checkout. Husband and wife team who run it. The wife was nice. The husband gave the impression that I was bothering him when I asked him for extra towels. Conveniently located two blocks away from Starbucks.
