We totally loved our stay at this hotel. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Room was tastefully decorated and very clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was over the top. Waffles with fresh strawberries and blueberries, breakfast tacos, biscuits and gravy, sausages, and everything else including Greek yogurt. Excellent stay.

The front desk lady & the lady overseeing breakfast were both very helpful & very pleasant. The hotel was clean & well maintained. It was great to have coffee, ice tea & water with lemon in the lobby, plus pretzels. What a nice touch! It was so welcoming!! The bed was very comfortable & the shower was the best of all the different hotels that we've stayed. I'd definitely stay here again!

The staff member Bailey was rude, unhelpful, and completely absent throughout our stay. She ignored us, kept doors closed, and didn’t respond when we needed help getting into our room. We had to wait in the lobby while locked out. We had prior permission from staff to park close to the entrance due to bad weather, but Bailey refused and said she didn’t care who we spoke to. Her tone was dismissive and unprofessional. When I asked for her name, she gave it and told me to complain. I will never return to this location.

The bed quality is poor everything looks jank and the only thing that makes this not a 1 is the pool and everything look like it was poor quality and about to break.

We booked this place because of the water slide but when we got there it was closed off. There was no wifi also. The beds are kinda hard. The staff was amazing though. Very friendly.
