This was a great Hotel experience. We were traveling with small children, and the hotel, and staff were very accommodating. The kids especially enjoyed the pool with a water slide.

When we checked in, the clerk said there was no internet due to a fire. It did smell smoky, but we were tired and it’s a Best Western, right? It had to be safe… I went to the pool, and the clerk said that the slide was closed. Sure, it was peeling paint. However, the walls in the pool room were moldy, and the drywall appeared to be slipping down the wall. I would not recommend this place.

Pulled in and was greeted by friendly staff. Easy check-in albeit the e-key was a bit testy. Great room - very clean. Breakfast next morning was excellent. Will stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful - especially Shirley. The pool has an indoor slide, which might be why several families with young children stayed there as well. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was enjoyable.

We totally loved our stay at this hotel. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Room was tastefully decorated and very clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was over the top. Waffles with fresh strawberries and blueberries, breakfast tacos, biscuits and gravy, sausages, and everything else including Greek yogurt. Excellent stay.

The front desk lady & the lady overseeing breakfast were both very helpful & very pleasant. The hotel was clean & well maintained. It was great to have coffee, ice tea & water with lemon in the lobby, plus pretzels. What a nice touch! It was so welcoming!! The bed was very comfortable & the shower was the best of all the different hotels that we've stayed. I'd definitely stay here again!

Not maintained and smells like urine.
My son and I were supposed to stay here for one night. We chose this hotel as it had a decent looking pool with a slide that we could pass the time with. When we arrived to check in, the front door had a sign saying that the pool was out of service for maintenance. There was no mention of this on any website for this hotel. We decided to stay anyway as it was only one night. When we went to use the door from the parking lot closest to our room for ease of access with bags, we were met with another sign saying that the card reader for the door did not work. Again decided to look past it. When we made it to the room, it instantly smelled like urine. My son even made the connection immediately. When standing by the air conditioner, it smelled like someone had urinated in the air conditioner and the smell was being pushed out when the air blew. Not only is that disgusting, but a significant health hazard. I decided to leave at this point. I voiced my complaints to the woman at the front desk and she was kind and apologetic. I asked for a refund for my stay due to the conditions and she told me that she would pass that request to her manager and that her manager would call me. After several days, still no refund or call back from the manager. There are several other hotels in the Salina, KS area and I would highly encourage anyone to stay at any of the other hotels.
