Walk or bike to the nearby trails, ski at nearby Monarch, or enjoy an easy walk to F Street. The home was finished being built in 2023 and all furniture and bedding are new, clean, and comfortable.

This is the perfect home for a three couples or a family, with each bedroom having it's own bathroom. Archie's Palace is perfect for entertaining & enjoying time with family and friends!
Main Level (two levels):
- Enjoy the open floor plan main level - a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats four. All the kitchen essentials you would expect at home, with stainless steel appliances and a beautiful countertop.
- The patio off of the kitchen has an outdoor gas grill.
- A full living room with a comfortable sofa and large comfy chair and TV with Roku.
-In the winter months, enjoy the beautiful gas fireplace also in the living room.
- The queen bedroom suite includes a queen bed, and a walk-in closet.
- The bathroom is well-lit, with beautiful tile and a walk-in shower
Upper Level:
- A laundry room is available in the upper level for guest use
- The upstairs master suite has a comfortable Queen bed. Seating on the balcony takes you even closer to the mountain views. There is also a large walk-in closet.
- The bath includes modern lighting and fixtures, and a bathtub/shower combo.
- The twin bed suite is slightly larger, with two twin beds, a large chair sitting area, and huge windows that provide mountain views. A large walk in closet is also in the room.
-This bathroom has two sinks and a large walk-in shower for the kids or two adults.
Parking:
- There is plenty of off street parking. behind the home. A free, EV charger is steps away at Riverside Park. Just plug in your car and walk back home!
Other:
- High speed wireless Internet provided and Roku TV (you’ll need your own subscriptions) are included.
- Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, coffee filters, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, as well as luxury bed linens and bath towels are all provided.
- Bring a beach towel for excursions to the river, one of the nearby hot springs or the Salida indoor town pool.
