The room smells and way smaller than advertised .as there is no front desk, I have to call up the owner to get my room number .

We arrived and realised we hadn’t received any information to access our room, this was shortly resolved by a quick phone call. When we entered the room it looked dirty, the floor hadn’t been hoovered and the sheets had multiple hairs inside and on the duvet. We felt disgusting sleeping there and had to sleep on top of our own towels we had brought as it was too late to go somewhere else. The room smelt damp and mouldy which is probably why the window was wide open when we arrived. Won’t be returning.

Lovely and helpful staff, always was on hand to help out. Room was very nice, bed VERY comfortable and I was gutted to check out! One downside was the other guests, they were ridiculously loud and played music which was also quite loud so that put a slight downer on things but overall great place, I’d definitely stay again.

On arrival we had problems checking in as I didn't get an email from the supplier or the hotel. Because this e-mail was important to get access to the hotel (digit code - a small box in which the box can be opened with the pin code, like a bicycle lock). Thank goodness there was a new guest who gave me the hotel password so I could check my email. Unfortunately, I did not receive any access data from the hotel. However, the hotel had a banner hanging on which the hotel's contact details and phone number could be read. Called there and described my problem to her. She asked me for my first and last name and she gave me the access data verbally (English). Everything worked perfectly. Hotel is about 25-30 minutes walk (from Victoria Station and shopping center) 5 minutes by car

Horrific. Just look at the photos I have posted. The worst hotel I have ever seen or stayed in. Hard to explain just how bad this place is. The photos on their site is a joke versus the reality. I’ll add to those photos that the place absolutely stank of urine and damp.

The bed was comfy but other than that it was poor all round. The kitchen was lacking a lot of essentials and the oven was caked in grime, the few utensils available were sticky and needed scrubbing clean. Check in/out was easy and there was good communication though.
