Nice and neat place in a great central location, perfect to come back in and out of your day trips. Great bathrooms with everything including showers and drains working perfectly. The only bad thing I can say: rooms are a bit dark and have little windows coming out on the inner patio and it felt awfully hot inside all the time (there is no air con). That said I was able to get an electric fan from the staff that helped a lot during my last day. Recommended.

When I checked in on the first night, I found that the singing outside was very loud, and I told the waiter that I didn't sing anymore. The bath water was not hot, so I dared not wash it for fear of catching a cold. The next day I went to Cocora Park for a hike. When I came back in the afternoon, the water temperature was very hot and I took a comfortable bath. The portion for breakfast is not much, but it is still delicious. The happiest thing is that the waiter on the second night helped me book the tickets to Machu Picchu. The service is good, because the window of the room is in the corridor, it is really not quiet enough. It's not good enough for me who is used to going to bed early.

Fantástica ubicación para conocer el Eje Cafetero. Es un hotel cómodo y con una decoración muy bonita, silencioso y perfecto para descansar. Como contra, el precio algo elevado y el desayuno ya que cuenta con pocas opciones y la cantidad también es algo justa.

Demasiado ruido a todas horas, no pude dormir durante las 3 noches, la habitación no estaba tan limpia, había insectos, el staff no fue agradable. Los aconsejó de elegir a otro hotel en la ciudad, el jefe no fue simpático tampoco cuando le explicó la situation.

There was a lot of noise at any hour. I couldn't sleep all night long. The room was not clean enough. I've been stung by insects. The staff was not really nice. On top of it I've been charged to pay for 2 towels because they were stained. I've brought back these towels home and have put them in the washing machine, all the stains have perfectly vanished. However I can tell that these towels are really old, almost holed. The hotel takes advantage of any little stain to charge customers the renewal of their old towels.

Great hotel with excellent location. Rooms clean, very friendly and helpful staff especially Maria at front desk Rating would be excellent if rooms had air conditioning and some extras such as tea/ coffee and a fridge Breakfast basic would’ve liked more choice

La habitación, estuvimos en la suite Kumanday, muy espaciosa y agradable, estuvimos muy a gusto en ella, muy recomendable. El hotel es muy bonito y está muy bien situado. Lo peor la experiencia del desayuno: el servicio es malo, hay muy pocas opciones (ni tan siquiera hay agua disponible que no sea del grifo, tuve que bajarme un botellín de la habitación) y tardan mucho rato a servir. Por el resto muy bien.

Es un hotel muy bonito y muy bien ubicado para conocer Salento y sus alrededores. Me gustó mucho que se encuentra en una calle poco transitada lo que lo hace muy agradable y tranquilo. Y al mismo tiempo está muy cerca de los miradores, las principales calles, comercios, así como a unos minutos caminando a la plaza central. El cuarto muy agradable con buena cama y muy buena calidad de accesorios. Muy amplio y con compartimientos para equipaje con diseño bonito y tradicional. La calidad del servicio excelente tanto en recepción como en el restaurante. Y me encantó que tuviera estacionamiento. Es un hotel muy bonito con excelente calidad en el servicio. Ahí mismo se puede reservar tours a las diferentes atracciones de la región. Ampliamente recomendado.
