We chose this place because of the GRT tag. We couldn't figure out nor could the staff explain what ZIBE meant. The hotel was centrally placed, easily accessible. Beautiful decor with simple (and in some places stenciled wall arts) wall painting. The staff were welcoming and generally friendly. We were three adults and felt that the room could have been a bit bigger; we checked in around 9 pm and checked out the next morning - so this didn't matter to us much. The breakfast buffet was good. When we went there, the dining area was full. We went back to our rooms but got a call from the dining area manager in 10 mins saying that a table has been reserved for us. That was a nice experience. Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay. I highly recommend it.

Comfortable stay for a family of 3. We stopped for a night at Salem during our travel. Quick checkin and beds are comfy. Breakfast is tasty and ample. They also have continental food options such as omelette, bread and cereal as well. Staff are friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center and near many big shopping outlets. However, it is a bit tricky to find the hotel immediately as it is behind the GRT jewellery showroom. The staff is prompt and friendly. Rooms are comfortable with all basic amenities. Very neat and clean so no complaints. The only issue that we faced was that they ring the bell early in the morning to give water and towels. We were woken up twice because of this and with a toddler this was a trouble. Next time we switched on the DND button and then it was fine. The restaurant is on the 5th floor and has a good breakfast buffet spread. The food was delicious and they catered to our needs for kid’s food too. Overall a good stay and would recommend this hotel.

Stayed in Zibe on our way back to bangalore... Good location , decent rooms and friendly staff.. Food was also good ... Room was pre arranged with an additional bed ... Washroom was clean and tidy ... Over all a good stay at the price offered ...

It was a excellent stay option. It is in main city area and just 4 kms away to connect the bangalore bypass. Their Breakfast buffet is just excellent. Lot of options and tasty and hygenic food. They have room service too. The rooms are excellent with all required facilities and offer great value to your stay.

Excellent location, friendly staff, good food. Nice room layout with fresh appearence! Space and cost are understandable, based on location. Will go again, if need be, especially for location and staff response when called for assistance.

we were driving to blr, stopped for lunch had to order, no buffet had rice sambar bisibelebath ( very very tasty with ghee) we got a whole lot of fried ajwain papads just crispy and yummy. as tourists we need clean washrooms, here there was no latch to the ladies toilet, cleanliness was wanting. food and clean washrooms are are the main requirements.

We had a wonderful one-night stay in Salem at this hotel. Its prime location made it easy to explore the area, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!
