I had an incredible stay at The Holman, and I want to take a moment to recognize the exceptional staff (Bryce, Meghan, Jolene, & Devon) who made the experience truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with professionalism and warmth. The front desk team was not only efficient with check-in but also genuinely friendly, making me feel welcomed and valued as a diamond status customer.

This hotel is excellent- we have stayed here 2 years in a row for the Oregon 70.3 Ironman race. It is conveniently located and the staff are very welcoming. Rooms are lovely, bed are so comfortable and the Italian restaurant in the lobby is fantastic! Of mention, is Megan, the front desk lead. She is exceptional, very invested in her guests and makes the whole experience wonderful! Thank you:) we will see you again next year.

It started with Megan at the front desk and Oksana from Housekeeping made my stay head and shoulders above! Thank you both for your hard work!!

For the 2nd year in a row, Megan has greeted us at the front desk and been a wealth of information . Her warmth and knowledge of the area attractions and restaurants makes her the only person we remembered from last year and were excited to meet again. We know when coming to Salem, speaking with Megan means we will have answers to our questions and feel like valued guests.

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to every single member of your team (some of them are not working there anymore), but I must include everyone; front-desk, valet parking, restaurant/bar crew from Pacific Standard/Nekia, and the dedicated housekeeping team. During my stay, you all made me feel not just like a guest, but like part of a family. The warmth, kindness, and professionalism you showed went far beyond excellent customer service, it created an experience I will truly never forget. I can honestly say that the Holman Hotel is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and that’s entirely because of the people who bring it to life. Your smiles, care, and attention to detail made all the difference, turning a beautiful hotel into a genuinely welcoming home.
