Very clean

I stayed here on a trip with my family. I liked the fact that the rooms were spacious, there were plenty of amenities, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. On the other hand, the paid public bath on the premises was attached to a sports gym, so I often felt it was poor compared to the hotel facilities.

It was very clean and the room was spacious.

I stayed here on a business trip. Although I was late in checking in, the front desk staff were smooth and helpful. I was very satisfied with the room and service. I would like to stay here again.

I checked in a little early at the luggage storage, but they showed me to my room early. I was a little tired, so I was able to take a nap, which was helpful. The location was also good, so I'd like to stay here again.

I happened to be able to reserve a Grand King room at a reasonable price, so I stayed there, and it was great. It was definitely worth the price, and I was very satisfied! If I were to be a little selfish, I wish it was a little closer to the arena, but it was fine.

The front desk lady was very kind and it was a very comfortable 2 nights and 3 days stay! The amenities were plentiful and the room was clean. I would definitely like to stay here again if I go to Saitama.

Although I reserved a Mark Twin room, I was given a Standard Twin room. The hotel insisted that it was a Standard Twin room, but trip.com handled it and it worked out. The room was very clean. It was disappointing that there were fewer free-flowing drinks than before.

The customer service is patient and attentive, the hotel is clean and the environment is good

During this time of year, blankets are a necessity in my lifestyle, so the bed sheets were cold and I had a hard time falling asleep. Of course, they do lend out blankets, but they're a bit stiff, so it was better than being too cold to sleep. Breakfast was included, and there was both a Western and a Japanese style, both of which were delicious. If you're sensitive to the cold during this time of year, you'll need to be prepared, but this is a hotel I'd definitely recommend.

The staff was extremely polite, kind and accommodating. I would love to come back and stay again!
