Nice hotel and good breakfast, the inly problem is to many insects in the room and also the window door need to be fixed before the guest is coming to the room.

Отель рекомендуем от всей души. Во первых , чистота выше всех похвал, во вторых, персонал весь очень дружелюбный, мы не зная болгарского языка не чувствовали дискомфорта, все помогали по первой просьбе. В третьих, завтраки оооочень вкусные . И главная фишка, посещение Аква хаус входит в стоимость проживания. Мы с удовольствием проводили там время. Вообщем , с удовольствием вернусь в этот отель. 28.03.24г

What a wonderful experience..from the beginning on arrival we were greeted by a lovely friendly lady who attended to our needs...she looked after our requirements so efficiently... Our stay was fabulous and faultless i can't recommend this hotel enough...we both enjoyed our stay tremendously .. The facilities were fabulous can't wait to return.. Cleanliness...hospitality..friendliness and professionalism are perfection.... See you soon 5 stars shout out to you all..

This location is a classic example of how much a place can deteriorate from one year to the next. We were there in 2024 and chose to return in 2025, precisely because we had a great time last year. We found this year that the only improvement was the replacement of the sun beds in the first row by the pool... besides the fact that the food was less diverse, i managed to get bitten by bed bugs from the first night. although they don't have smoking rooms, i had to tell the reception from the first day that the room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. there is a lot more to say about the level of the guests, but i'll let you discover it for yourself 😢.

Beautiful location and silent place . The hotel has a nice shore and the view is nice . The rooms and breakfast is 7 over 10 , could be better. I was there for business so I did not have the chance to use thermal facilities but they seemed very good.

The hotel is very nice and in a beautiful area. Carpets and rooms smell a little like cigarettes and it is not well staffed for a hotel of this caliber — ie nobody at front desk, nobody answers phone, take your own luggage, grouchy towel ladies, etc. if you’re okay with that, which I was, this place was great.
