Petite chambre très propre, et bien organisé le personnel était également très sympathique.
Nous avons choisi un transport en taxi pour Roland garros le lendemain. Belle voiture spacieuse et propre. Le musique a été un peu imposé par le chauffeur haha mais j ai l’impression que c est la tradition que l île :)

Personnel très sympathique, chambre moderne, la clim fonctionne parfaitement, seul bémol la literie un peu molle. La proposition de manger le soir sur place est vraiment un plus...à moins de 10 mn le matin de l aéroport vraiment pratique.

there was no tea bags, sugar, salt which are the very basic things required which wasn't available. There was no manpower to ask for it.

I didn’t choose to stay here, our flights with Air Austral were cancelled and changed several times and so they paid for this hotel. After a horrible experience with the awful airline, it was nice to arrive at this hotel. All of the staff were excellent and friendly (and spoke English, rare in Reunion!). Nicolas on reception was exceptionally kind. Room was basic but very clean. There isn’t much nearby and the hotel has no bar, so we took a taxi to the city centre for 20 euros. Food was included with our stay and was fine for a 3 star hotel. Overall a good airport hotel with great staff.

The staff is amazing. They will go out of their way to provide you with convenience. A gentleman called Michel even gave me his bus tickets out of his wallet.
Please be aware that there is no alcohol in their restaurant.

they let me park right in front, incredibly convenient. Super nice front desk clerk, spoke English well. I didn't stay in other hotels in Reunion, so have nothing with which to compare other than mostly Bonvoy properties in the US (and a few in Europe). It wasn't as nice as most Bonvoy properties, but maybe for the island it was veyr good. I'd stay again if needed. The breakfast looked decent, but I didn't have time to partake.
