Very bad experience
The room was so small that I could barely fit my suitcase in. There was a really bad smell when I opened the room and even if I opened the windows all night I couldn't get rid of the smell. The apartment has no front desk at all.

Dematerialized hotel, no reception, room paid on the internet, you cannot access, if you have not sent a photo of your identity card in advance. you are told that we will call you back and you are left to wait 45 minutes without a response by phone. It's just a SCAM to avoid.

Had to slept over the floor rather than the bed because this hotel has No air con under the weather with temperature above 35 degree. Next to one main drive way with bus stop downstairs,thus no way to open window and sleep because crazy noise. Management has no sense to proactively help guest under this extreme weather condition. The hotel looks very organized in all aspects but in the reality does not care guests much from service perspectvie
