A first class worthy of a first class, no more no less.
No service at the hotel, everything is at the campanile opposite.
The welcome provided by a young seasonal worker was perfect, as soon as the boss took over, it was without a smile and not very pleasant, it seems that she does not like people who book through trip.com.
Usually, finally, each time, sleeping in first class gives you a discount for dinner at the campanile.
Here nothing.
Despite having a Hotel card, she did not want to do anything, because I booked through Trip.com, no sense of business and bordering on unpleasant

Poor condition of the room, saltpeter, broken furniture, door not airtight, draft. In addition, very poor sound insulation, woken up several times by noise in the exterior corridors (up to 3am). Otherwise clean room, decent bedding. Personally, I would not repeat the experience.

The value for money is excellent. The hotel is clean with a large parking lot. The services largely correspond to the price. Breakfast in the restaurant shared with the campanile is a plus because the choice is large and the place pleasant.

On a business trip to Nantes. The staff and the organization were able to put breakfast at 6am instead of 6:30am, I thank them, rating 5/5.
but the room I was given had no power in the sockets so no TV and alarm clock recharge.
the replacement room had small defective lamps.

Not bad for a first class. However we had a hollow bed, not great for a week's stay. We would also have liked to have a small wardrobe to store things. There for a week, our stuff was literally on the floor.
Then we found that a large number of trucks were standing in the hotel parking lot my night even though the drivers didn't check into a hotel room. From my point of view, it's borderline to let anyone park in the car park .. finally, the room was cool even during the heat wave, that was very appreciable.
