Плюсы: расположение в центре города, близко от стации метро Садовая, закрытый двор, достаточно тихо, уборка каждый день, смена полотенец,белья по графику или по требованию, отношение персонала доброжелательное Минусы: самый огромный-безумная жара в номере, вентилятор не спасает вообще,,,низкий 1 этаж, темно в номере

Приезжали на 4 дня ( заезд был раньше 15 часов - поезд из Мурманска приходит в 10), не смотря на это вошли в наше положение, а отъезд был наоборот позднее 12 часов (нам разрешили оставить вещи до 21 часа). В целом очень положительные эмоции . В номерах чисто, белоснежное белье, есть шампуньки и гели - пробнички, туал. Бумага, освежитель, фен, полотенца В фойе нам сразу показали где чай, кофе, конфетки. В номере тв, плита инд., чайник, холодильник. Расположение отеля просто шик. Все в шаговой доступности. Завтраки не брали, сразу при бронировании отказались. Вся уборка и работы в номере делались без нашего присутствия. Соседи нас не беспокоили ( но мы уходили часов в 10, а приходили около 3–х ночи). Да первый этаж и может мрачно, но нас не было целыми днями и нас это вообще не беспокоило. ОЧЕНЬ понравились добродушная администратор рассказала: что где и когда лучше посетить. Не знаю кому как, ну а мы с мужем только теперь там и будем останавливаться. Нас все устроило. И спасибо вам девочки, за радушный прием.( даже сладкий подарок оставили, когда приходили вещи забирать, - а это о многом говорит. Юлия и Александр. Август 2023
