Nice place for couples to stay

Highly recommend! It is totally old fashion hotel, very clean, very good breakfast, very polite hotel's staff.

Everything is great. The room is clean, everything is there, the staff is friendly, all requests were fulfilled quickly. The very center of the city, all the places to visit are nearby. We will definitely come back.

I often stay in this hotel. It is very convenient on Nevsky Street and the price/performance ratio is very high.

The location is very good. The service is also very good. There are two delicious coffee shops nearby, as well as shopping malls. It is also close to the Centennial Bookstore and other places. If I come to Petersburg again, I will stay here again.

Excellent location, right on Nevsky Prospekt! It's called a luxury hotel, but it's just average. The room is small. The twin room we booked was changed to a king-size room, and it took a long time to change. The breakfast is just the same, not much, mostly raw and cold. I don't recommend buying breakfast. We ate the same breakfast for four days and felt like throwing up...

This hotel is really good. The location is also good. Nevsky Avenue is right outside. I stayed there for five nights in total. It was just that it was really difficult to book a room with a balcony... The front desk said they didn't have the authority and gave me a business card to call. After I called, they said they couldn't guarantee it and could only make a note. In the end, I gave up. Apart from this, everything else was ok. There was a registration fee of 450 rubles when we arrived at the hotel. After we left the hotel, we stored our luggage for free for five days and continued to stay when we came back. I stayed here ten years ago and felt it was very comfortable. Ten years later, I didn't expect that the hotel is still well maintained. The hotel facilities are well maintained. Not to mention the location, it is right next to Nevsky Prospekt, which is very convenient for sightseeing. The hotel has a self-service machine for paying back Euros and US dollars, and the exchange rate is also good. The gym is a little small, but the steam room inside is great!

I specially chose a balcony room with a great night view. It should be better in spring and summer. The hotel is on Nevsky Prospekt, very close to Moscow Railway Station, about 900 meters on foot, 2km from the Winter Palace, and close to several churches. It is very convenient to take buses and taxis, and there are many restaurant products

Great location. But not worth the money. Expensive. And they charge for parking, almost 5000 rubles per day. We will not stay there again.

The rooms are old and need renovation, it was not comfortable to live in them. The refrigerator is locked, to open it you had to leave a deposit of 5000 rubles, not a problem, but in the end they came and took the entire minibar, then it is not clear why the deposit was needed at all. A very inconvenient scheme, wherever you stay, the minibar is open and you can pay for everything upon check-out. The kettle is in the closet, while there are only two sockets and then near the bedside tables, you had to heat water there and naturally it took up all the space on the nightstand. Another point is the cleaning, on the first day they only made our bed and that's it. They did not take out the trash, the dirty spoon stood on the table and stood there, on the second day they more or less cleaned the room. Of the pluses, I can only note the pleasant staff at the reception and the concierge. Maybe once the hotel was five stars, but not now that's for sure.
