Сами номера, в принципе, приличные. Ремонт еще свежий, мебель целая. На этом плюсы заканчиваются) Бронировали улучшенные номера - пытались заселить в обычные. Полчаса споров, заселили. Уборка по правилам на 4 сутки - не было. Оставить вещи на респешн не разрешили - сказали, что улучшенные номера находятся "в другом отеле" (на сайте - это один отель, пусть и разные входы). После сказали, что не могут присмотреть за вещами просто потому, что менеджера не будет. Менеджер Тамара противоречит сама себе, бросает трубки и устраивает ненужную драму. Абсолютно не советую, это не отель, это какая-то неадекватная контора, где к гостям относятся так, словно делают им одолжение.

Такого свинского отношения к гостям не встречала ни разу за 20 лет путешествий!!! Бронировала номер в Санкт-Петербурге через Островок в начале апреля с проживанием на майские праздники. Через Островок впоследствии пришло уведомление о том, что не проходит оплата по карте (хотя одновременно бронировала отели в Пскове и в Великом Новгороде – оплата прошла). Я подтвердила данные карты и дополнительно позвонила в отель – трубку там не берут и не перезванивают. Тогда я написала на почту отеля, где мне подтвердили, что спишут предоплату с карты. Приехав в Санкт-Петербург, я обнаружила, что мое бронирование отменено, и никто не удосужился мне об этом сообщить (хотя в переписке был и мой телефон и электронная почта)!!! В итоге меня с ребенком фактически оставили на улице, т.к. на дворе майские праздники и номера в других отелях остались только за космические деньги.
