We have been going to the Don CeSar for 15 years. We like to refer to this as “our place“. We absolutely love it. The beach is not crowded and the beauty of the Pink Palace is unmatched. We have noticed over the years that some things have changed for the better, and some things for the worse, but overall, the  integrity of the Don has remained intact. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing... The staff was great. I love that you can walk right to the beach from the hotel. You really don't have to leave the hotel, they have all you need inside.

Don Cesar has European architects like the cattle with the beautiful view of 2 swimming pools and landscaping, few steps out to white sand beach and clear ocean water . We loved to strolling along the shoreline early in the morning. It’s fun just seeing fishes , small clams and sea birds. We were welcomed with 2 glasses of champagne when check in at front desk, every employees were friendly, very helpful . Room was very clean, we booked king size bed , mattress was very comfortable. There are many amenities and shopping plus restaurants bars. Thank so much for memorial trip in our life , it must say anytime we think of St. Peter Beach , we think of Don Cesar.

Have been here many times will probably not return. Called and verified our room that was to be a Gulf view . Upon arrival Nick at the front desk told us sorry you will have a parking lot view room. Which was right over the entry to the resort. Over looking the roof also with paint splattered all over it.I asked to speak to a manager and Nick got Kim to come to try to address the problem. I was told this is all we have that you don’t have to stay ! She had said that someone will be taking care of the issue by 3 PM the next day. No one ever contacted us. No one ever did anything, very disappointing. The plumbing in our room several times , the toilet was overflowing continually , they had to come to the room and remove the toilet and put a new one in because it was not functioning properly. Upon checkout, I was asked how was everything by Kim and she had no idea who I was or did not remember me and I told her of the situation and she referred me to the front end manager, Andrew Castro . I explained to Andrew the situation what had happened upon our stay and he offered a minimal dollar compensation, which was really totally unacceptable. It was almost as if the room was a bait and switch. Doubt that will ever be back. Not an ideal ANNIVERSARY at The Don CeSar.

Stayed here for a week 3rd-10th August. Pool attendants made our holiday! Rodney (you can’t miss the Dublin accent) is an absolute credit to this hotel, friendly, helpful, always smiling and generally making days around the pool enjoyable. Andrea is also very obliging and together they are the epitome of wonderful customer service. The hotel is clean, rooms lovely, there was some construction going on at time of visit but this don’t dampen our stay, great location as beach front property. Would recommend for pure relaxation.

We got paddle boards on the beach with Jeremiah and bouchée brothers. They were great to work with and really helped my son get going on the board.

We have stayed at the Don many times! Unfortunately quality and service is not the same since reopen... if you call it that. Here is the cherry on top. After being forced to Valet. They damaged my truck and after a month still no resolution or even basic communication! This is not a scratch. $6500 in damage on a new truck.
