This studio condo is a corner unit and has a beautiful partial view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.
The condo is accented with a private balcony. Your private balcony offers a warm setting to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
The condo complex is directly across from amazing Upham Beach with beautiful Florida sunsets and an in the sand Beach Café. There is a view directly to the beach and Gulf from the corner nook of the condo.
The studio offers a Murphy bed (king size bed). Easily stow away when not in use for more space.

Great Location!
Unit was perfect for my husband and me. Across the street from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. We’ve stayed in another unit in this complex and really love the location- would definitely go back!

not what we expected
the furniture was very old and dated, the screens were damaged so we couldn't open the windows. The sliding screen for the outside landing was off the track and broken so we couldn't open the slider glass door. The blinds over the glass door were broken so they did not give us privacy.
only one set of towels and sheets for the whole week.

This property was just steps from the beach. The unit came with beach chairs, coolers, beach bags. The pool area was very well kept. All appliances in the kitchen worked well. Communication through the app was easy with the property manager. I would definitely stay here again, excellent location and no need to bring anything except clothes and groceries if you plan to cook.
