Location is outside of Bayeux, which is a short drive away. So you will need to drive to stay here. A great value chateau lodging otherwise with great breakfast. Room is comfortable and spacious.

Excellent accomodation in a beautiful setting. We had pre-booked th evening meal which was delicious, with some very nice wines. Breakfast was sublime, one of the best I have ever had. It was so good my Dad left his phone in the hotel by mistake and the owners kindly posted it back to us here in the UK. Really good accomodation.....

Tornerei in Normandia solo per pernottare in questo Hotel. Raffinato, curato nei dettagli, personale molto accogliente e carino. Colazione SBALORDITIVA. Hotel (castello con tutta la sua storia dal 1200 in poi). Unico posto in cui abbiamo trovato opuscoli in Italiano.

siamo ritornati in questo castello per alloggiare 1 notte,dato che si trova vicino ai posti dello sbarco della 2 guerra mondiale e vicinissimo a Bayeux graziosa cittadina,al castello ci sono stanze grandi ben curate un parco altrettanto curato i proprietari molto gentili ma il top è la colazione,praticamente un pranzo

What a lovely stay in Bayeux! The Château de Damigny was perfect for our visit to Normandy. This 19th century château is charming and well-kept. Our host Vincent was AMAZING! We had an early start for our guided tour, and he had an incredible breakfast ready just for us! Delicious crepes with all of the fixings, as well as a spread of breads, cheeses, meats and fruit. We can't forget to mention the fresh squeezed juices! The grounds are lovely and we enjoyed having a visit with the cows next door. The French countryside was a perfect setting for sampling some local bread, cheeses and wine.

We recently stayed 4 nights at this lovely bed and breakfast. We stayed in the Catherine de Sureau suite which was gorgeous - very spacious and sunny with a beautiful view of the grounds. This is a very old building with lots of history and character but the room still felt fresh and clean, with a modern bathroom. The breakfast is included and has an extensive spread. Be sure to reserve a dinner prepared by the host (by reservation only). It was delicious and our best meal in Bayeux. Although the Castle is slightly out of town, you have ready access to Bayeux and the Normandy beaches. Highly recommended.
