Property requires maintenance. The resort is in a beautiful location but requires a major upgrade. Very limited parking. No air conditioning but could be amazing.

Good communication about how to access the property as I arrived after reception closed. The apartment was well equipped and it was ideal for one or two people, but though it claimed to be for 4, two couples would have found it very uncomfortable, with one couple in the double bed and the second couple inches away on the sofa bed.
It was disappointing to arrive at 11am and have to make up my own bed, and though the hotel was far from full when I arrived, I was given a room which looked out onto a square at the back and had a footpath running along right outside my window. Apartments looking onto the gardens (which I have had in the past) would have been much better.
On the day of departure Reception were helpful in looking after my bags until I left St Martin in the afternoon.

The Reception staff were vey helpful and the parking is a bit of a maze to get to but spacious and secure. Not sure in busy time whether spaces would be available as it was full when we were there in low season. The appartment was very clean and met out needs well. Just a tip.. take your own rubbish bag and toilet rolls as these are not refilled after initial supply. The location was great for walking to the harbour and close to post office/cashpoint etc. There were also many tourist shops on the route to meet everyones needs plus chemists etc. Bicycle hire was available at an extra cost and was reasonable with high deposit against loss theft. They do not have electric cycles for hire. Harbour restaurants were all reasonable but none stood out above the others.

Probably the worst hotel We’ve ever stayed in. We paid £700 for a 3 night stay and for this money expect a lot more. The communal areas were dark, dirty, dingy and desperately in need of a coat of paint. The whole building stank of cigarettes which as non smokers we found unacceptable. Our room was on the 2nd floor so had no outside space, it was dark, stuffy, and smelt unpleasant, the beds were the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept in and we got virtually no sleep. The mattresses were thin and on hard boards, we were supplied with bedding and had to make the beds up ourselves. The photographs on the website are a very poor representation of the real thing. We feel we have been well and truly ripped off! The resort however is lovely and the hotel is perfectly located. Such a shame!!

Our experience here was terribly awful. First, the room is shabby and there is nothing like 4-star. It smells bad and the bed is uncomfortable. The dish washing machine is broken. Don’t be fooled by their photos on *********** or their website. And on our last day, they said we didn’t start the dish washing machine before leaving and charged us 65 euros… When we checked in, no one informed us about their “cleaning policy,” and they said it was on the brochure (no one told us it’s necessary to read the brochure as well…). I mean no one should be assumed to read your brochure and check your strict cleaning policy… The location is good and the receptionist is helpful. Except for these, everything is terrible.
