The hotel is very nice, comfortable, situated in the Centre of Val Thorens and near the ski slopes. The only observation we had was that the room temperature was a bit on the colder side than expected. The food in the restaurant was of a good variety, delicious and high quality. The staff were very professional, especially Yvon who was always eager to please the guests in order for them to feel well and comfortable. Thank you so much.

We stayed in the residence - as opposed to the main hotel- but the room was exactly what we wanted. Clean, tidy, great storage and space with a nice living area and mini kitchen. The staff were excellent and reception, breakfast was superb, and the extra facilities (boot room, ski locker) was very helpful too. Highly recommended.

Great hotel, close to everything. Super friendly staff, ready to help with all we needed, with lots of patience with our crazy toddler running around all the time. Nice Spa, great to stay there after a day skiing. This is our second time there. And we will be back.

Stylish good location friendly staff great breakfast..dudnt get along with pillows and I booked last minute so paid a full price but would go back ..bar good. Ps anyone know Why is TripAdvisor telling me how many characters to write. What jumped up little tradesmen are these people.

A small, sweet hotel, rooms decorated in rustic style, warm and welcoming. The staff are helpful and friendly. A good breakfast is offered with many choices. The evening meals menu is varied with options. The restaurant itself is well appointed. The bedrooms are clean and warm with comfortable beds and soft pillows and a television. The bar area is small and there are games available to play. Skis are stored in the basement in individual lockers and the boot room is on the ground floor to give you dry and warm boots each morning. Fully recommended.

Wonderful boutique hotel. The staff are all so friendly and obviously want you to have a lovely time. The service is great, the hotel very smart and well maintained. There is a great Spa and entry is controlled and limited to ensure no over crowding. Access to the slopes is a 30 second walk.

The location is great right in the centre but It’s not ski in out . The staff vas really nice and helpful especially the reception Breakfast was good and spa was nice We liked our staying there and we will definitely came back, we stayed at the residence part of the hotel , we were 3 family members.,the apartment was small but well equipped,

This hotel was amazing. So cozy and very good detail. The room was spacious and comfortable. We even had a jacuzzi and our own sauna. Evening meals were great quality and very tasty. Breakfasts could have been a little better. The hot plates with the eggs and sausages/bacon were a little too cold for me. The coffee in a flask was quite confusing too. I'm used to just being served a cup of coffee or just having a coffee machine to self serve. Teaspoons were a little hard to find and had to ask. Overall all, I would definitely come again to stay. Stag were very friendly and eager to be helpful. Noah was such a gentleman. Thank you for our stay. Hopefully see you again.
