一棟老樓，電梯也有很多年頭，房間比較大，傢俱倒比較新，房間裏有鍋碗瓢盆杯子微波爐大冰箱和洗菜水池，自己想做點什麼吃的，絕對沒問題，洗手間也比較大，還有一個簡易衣櫃，就是床不大，睡兩人有點勉強，沒有停車場，現在門前施工，停車不易。
