Love the fact that this used to be a train station and they revamped it into a hotel/aquarium. So many beautiful details that you don’t see in your everyday hotels.

I’ve traveled extensively and I Loved LOVED this hotel! Stunningly gorgeous. Beautiful details. Across from the soccer park and up the street from Busch Staduim. A fun light show every hour on the hour in the lobby area. The restaurant had EXCELLENT service and food (thanks Debbie). Walkable to restaurants and the Ferris Wheel and Aquarium, all right there. If you want a clean, historic, easily accessible hotel that has excellent staff, stay here. In comparison to similar hotels in other cities (Nashville, Chicago, New York), the prices are reasonable!

We didn’t stay at the hotel but we paid a visit to see what the Union Station is while we were visiting the area. When we entered the lobby area, we were amazed by the ceiling and stained glass, green tiles and fish mosaics. Then there was a light and audio show, a 60th year tribute to Beatles, great experience. Definitely recommend to visit this place.

The staff went far beyond any expectations I could have had! There is not room here to speak of all the ways they killed! They were an amazing staff! Such a wonderful experience!! I will return again and again.

Stayed one night in June and was blown away with the beauty and overall uniqueness of the hotel. The hotel is a converted train station and they’ve leaned into the theme. Don’t miss the nightly light show in the lobby, very well done. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

While the public areas of the hotel are beautiful, the rooms are poorly maintained and outfitted with cheap materials. The service is terrible. Forget about asking for something to be repaired (a sink with a broken tap isn’t worth their time), and the front desk will repeatedly blow you off when you let them know about problems. The hotel is only worried about the conventions and events they put on and have no time (or apparently money) for the rooms. There are hotels in the area that are much better cared for on the interior and with employees who actually provide service.

This hotel is situated in a historic train station on a large campus connected with various options for food and fun and offers convenient access for both business and sightseeing in St. Louis. The hotel is lovely, but what is really grand here is the manager, Crystal Casteel. She engages with the guests, makes them feel valued, and is such a plus for this hotel. Her excellent service is apparent in her own actions and in the friendly attitude of her well-trained staff. Ms. Casteel is a gem, as is the hotel. We were fortunate to have a large, beautiful room and access to the executive club. Both the room and the executive club breakfast were outstanding.
