因為是出差培訓，所以一次性住了兩週，前樓是酒吧，後樓是賓館，大多數服務員都很友善，酒吧裏的東西也很好吃，房間是那種很簡單的佈局，因為算是郊區吧，公共交通不是很方便，但環境很好，離國家森林公園不遠

We visited St Leonard’s Hotel for my partner’s mum’s birthday, but the experience was dreadful. Our food arrived over an hour late, and most meals — including the children’s — were stone cold. The mixed grill was taken away and returned clearly microwaved. Items were missing, sauces were wrong, and dishes meant to be hot weren’t. The Hunter’s Chicken was so dry it was like chewing overcooked leather. The manager didn’t care, dismissing our concerns with “all day has been fine,” which shocked us. The only positive was Jodie on the bar, who was fantastic. Overall, a bloody awful visit.

Terrible customer service. Rude staff. The food is substandard. This pub is fine for a few drinks with friends but if you’re looking for a nice meal avoid this place.

The location is not as I had imagined. Its on a busy road . However after a swift friendly check in we were given room 10. A room at the back of the hotel . There was no road noise. The room although a little dated is very homely and comfortable. My only issue is the dreaded shower curtain and the fact the disability aids made showering a little cramped. Due to the location we ended up eating at the hotel. We hadn't intended to as we are not a fan of the type of food this chain offers. Its not fine dining but it was fine. All the staff were great. The radiator in the room was a little noisey however for the cost of the room this isn't and issue. We would stop here again if we were passing

The hotel was a bit great. The staff at breakfast and dinner and bar at night were so friendly and helpful. The break fast was really good and evening meals were as well. Would recommend to anyone. A very good price.

Staff lovely service wonderful. Food is shocking and horrendous do not eat here vile cheap rubbish honestly didn’t think you could really eat anywhere bad these days but I’m flawed beyond belief. Staff must be embarrassed to have to serve it up.
