Stylish design which is pretty cosy. However there is no reception and no staff at the premises. Check in has to be done at another sister property, think is crest on Barkly. Hence pretty inconvenient especially for those who doesn’t drive.
It was tough to look for it especially at night coz is quite dark.
On trip.com, it says there is a kitchenette but there isn’t. Only have toaster, coffee machine, kettle. They also provide some bread, jams, butter, honey, cereals, oj and milk/cream. Oh they provide washing powder for laundry and dishwashing liquid
Beside the check in process and mis information, overall is a nice hotel to stay.

I have enjoyed my previous stays at the property very much. This stay was not as good. The quality of house keeping has slipped enormously. The mugs and cutlery were dirty (and obviously so) and there was no butter (to have on our toast) on the second day of our stay. There are also maintenance issues. The coffee maker is self evidently broken and does not work. The lighting above the outside stairs (from the first to the ground levels) does not work. Descending those stairs in the dark is difficult and dangerous (and is a significant OH&S matter). It is a shame these issues have emerged, as otherwise the property is very good.

The room was great it was large, the bed was soft and cozy, the shower was big but there was so much water leakage that the bath mat got drenched, there was rubbish left from a previous guest in the drawer under the TV as well as in the bedroom drawers, I threw it all in the bin. The kitchen was well stocked as well as a Continental breakfast which was nice. I felt secure and safe in this property. I would stay again. Just a little more care needs to be taken by staff to check all drawers for items left by previous guests. This should be a automatic

Very clean and functional space. Private car park is easily accessible and a good price. Proximity is close to many St Kilda key locations. 5/5 would definitely recommend.

Lovely accommodation, clean, warm, and well renovated. Great location near the water in St Kilda and close to trams and busses & shops. Great value for money. Very happy with my stay.
