Just under 2 miles to one of our 4 beautiful beaches. Silver Beach County Tiscornia Park Beach, Jean Klock Park and Lions Park Beach. Our fully furnished home includes an open kitchen, dining room and living room with a gas fireplace. Wi-Fi & 3 smart TV's. The dining room table comfortably allows 8 to enjoy eating and playing games.
The family room/BR (Pull-out Queen Sofa) has a TV & desk. Includes 2 pocket doors that can comfortable be closed for sleeping. It's located off the kitchen/living room on the main level. Main level also has a full bathroom with a shower.
The 2nd floor has a 3 BR's, 2 full bathrooms and laundry room with a new LG Washer & Dryer.
The Master BR also has a King Bed, Queen Sleeper Sofa, TV, walk-in closet and Full Bath which includes a shower, jacuzzi tub & double sink.
Guest BR has a King Bed, TV & a swivel, reclining chair for just relaxing with a good book.
3rd BR upstairs has 2 separate Bunk Beds for the kiddos to enjoy.
The outside deck has 6 Adirondack chairs surrounding a natural gas concrete fire pit. Outdoor dining table & chairs plus a natural gas grill. Large grassy area allows you to enjoy sitting on the deck while watching the kids play at the playground or play many of the outdoor games available. A sidewalk surrounds the playground for small children to bring their skateboards or scooters for safe riding.
Property also includes 4 adult bikes, 2 beach bags with beach towels, Soccer Goals with ball, Go Sports Ladder Toss, Giant 4-in-A-Row game, ACE Professional Cornhole, Potato Sack Race Bags, Football, Spikeball Pro Kit and Air-Hockey Game. Games can be played in the garage or can be moved to the grassy area off the back deck for everyone's enjoyment. Also includes board games & cards for adults & children.
For your convenience we also have a portable crib with mattress & sheets, highchair, baby gate, potty training seat & each bathroom has a folding step stool for the kids.

This is a great house in a gem of a neighborhood, with thoughtful amenities and plenty of room for a large family (we had 8). Convenient for all of the activities in St Joseph and a pretty quick drive up and down the coast for some variety. Highly recommend!

Immaculate and thoughtfully stocked
We stayed with our elementary aged kids. You can easily tell how much care the owners have taken to update the house to make a great vacation rental. It’s clean, everything is labeled, there is plenty of room and there are tons of activities. Our girls immediately found the magnet tiles while we unpacked, our boy played air hockey. There were literally zero ”I’m bored”s the entire stay. Needless to say we will be back next year!

Beautiful stay
We enjoyed our stay in St. Joseph. The property was oh so beautiful and comfortable. Everything was of excellent quality, including appliances and gadgets in the kitchen for cooking. The garage and toys included kept kids entertained. The beds were very comfortable and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The playground near by was great. We enjoyed going around the neighborhood for bike rides and the pool within a few steps. Short drive to the beach. Overall my family and guests were very impressed and it was so hard coming back home!

Great Home for Family
This house is gorgeous, newly renovated and beautiful. The kitchen is well-equiped with everything you need and it's all high quality. We had 6 kids ages 11-18 who all had a blast. The owners decked out the garage with bikes, games and pool/beach gear - anything you could possibly want or need is already there. The kids enjoyed the pool, bikes, games and beach toys. The property is a quick drive to the beach and downtown St. Joseph. It is quiet and neighbors are very friendly. Overall, a great place to stay - we would definitely return.

A perfect rental for a family of all ages
The home is very new and spotlessly clean. Beautiful touches throughout. All of the items in the kitchen are of a high quality and all of the furniture (beds included) were super comfortable. the pictures were accurate and the home was great - but, those are not my highlights - the highlights are 2 fold: (1) If you have kids (anywhere from toddler to teenager), this home is so well-equipped that you don't have to pack anything other than clothes. The home comes with a high chair, plastic plates/cups for kids (they are so nice that we, as adults, were using them too whenever we ate on the patio), and every other activity and beach toy you could want. Pool towels are packed nicely in a wagon - the beach chairs are a nice touch - and you won't need to bring any sand toys or swimming accessories. The garage has everything neatly organized - then there are all of the board games, the air hockey, dart board, ladderball, etc. There is so much to do - our 7 year old was never bored. While the home is on an island away from the rest of town, it's a really nice kid-friendly community with a lovely pool/clubhouse; and (2) the hosts are very welcoming and super helpful. They allowed us to check-in much earlier on our arrival day, and gave us some extra time on the departure date. They were responsive throughout (we had no issues, just questions about the area). When I left my laptop there, they fedex'd it to me the next day (a huge relief). You'll enjoy every bit of your trip

Perfect rental home for a family vacation
This is an absolutely wonderful home and very kid-friendly. It is clean, beautiful, and modern! Having access to the pool was great! The detailed amenities were amazing - the hosts thought about everything! My family and I including 2 toddlers) had a very comfortable and fun stay! Highly recommend for a family vacation!
