Excellent friendly staff!!! Beautiful stylish room , nice spa zones and wonderful swimming pool with aqua aerobics . Tasty breakfast with perfect ocean view. Very good bar with delicious cocktails and live music . Thanks a lot for great mood!

The hotel is just as amazing as we expected. The room was cozy and clean. We loved the spa facilities, sauna and hammam (the pool temperature could be even warmer). Service was great too. Parking was available for 17 euro for the whole stay (1 night). It's just at the seafront and you could walk out to the beach from the hotel spa/pool. Services were exceptional too. There are room service available and also two restaurants (menu seemed nice, with vegetarian options but we didn't have the chance to try it). Will recommend it!

Overrated but very busy week end

This is a very luxury hotel with many facilities and located at side of the beach. You can reach to most of restaurants and get everything you need. The room is very clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony. The spa and fitness facilities are absolutely fantastic that all guests can walk out from spa to the beach. All staffs are so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend people to stay here if they visit Saint Jean-de-Luz.

A wonderful experience, a very warm welcome, a perfect and very clean room, a spa and relaxation area that met our needs with a superb view of the bay, beneficial salt water that would have been perfect with a few extra degrees, however, that didn't stop us from relaxing and fully enjoying it, a perfect and plentiful breakfast with a view of the bay as well. Thank you, it was truly a great weekend, we will come back and recommend it with our eyes closed 😊
