No restaurant as advertised , branches strewn all over the place, no overhead lightsin hot tub room so when the timer went off you had to get out in the dark and make sure you didn’t fall on an awkward step. Very poor tour. No signage for check in office

Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed and linens very comfortable. Area was dark at night; hard to navigate. Awesome views from our room. Didn’t get a chance to try the wines though. Coffee and tea in room nice touches.

1. No air conditioning 2. Water pressure in shower is terrible. 3. No ice available upon request to chill wine. 4. Patio door lock is not working 100% 5. Odd smell in corridor 6. No water at 3am 7. WiFi is terrible. I told management and nothing!

Personnel très gentil mais notre chambre était dans un état déplorable. C'est honteux à ce prix. Regardez l'état de saleté et vétusté du robinet de la sdb..... Alors oui c'est chouette d'avoir une baignoire jaccuzi mais revoyez les bases de l'hygiène....

Nous avions réservé la chambre avec les deux grands lits. Toiles d’araignée, odeur très désagréable d’humidité, douche joint tout moisi, WC mal entretenu avec des grosses taches, noirs par manque d’entretien,toiles d’araignée, partout poussière, mal, entretenu et sale. Pas de télécommande pour la télévision, literie pas terrible, petit déjeuner avec 2 mini viennoiseries très léger, une grande table, composée de plusieurs tables d’IKEA pour le petit déjeuner. Terrasse avec pergola : pied plié dangereux, le personnel ou propriétaire pas très avenants, un accueil qu’il faut chercher et tout autour du parking des bouteilles entreposées , du matériel pas rangé, c’est très dommage car c’est un bel endroit qu’on pourrait mettre en valeur. Lieu très mal entretenu, je ne le recommande pas.

Déçu et pourtant on devrait lire les commentaires ! Les chambres sont sales et males entretenues - l’accueil est très moyen avec un proprio qui ne sait pas ce que Bonjour veut dire ! Il y a pourtant de la bonne volonté à faire visiter la cave mais pour des vins très chers et décalés de la réalité des tarifs ! Bref, ce n’est pas au niveau avec un espace extérieur pas entretenu ! Ayant une piscine à domicile on a pas voulu faire le choix de s’y baigner compte tenu de la qualité de l’entretien extérieur et intérieur …. Je déconseille !
