A gas grill is provided. 🚫🐶 No pets in this home. ‼️ PLEASE MAKE SURE DOOR IS LOCKED AND LATCHED UPON LEAVING ‼️ DOOR MUST BE PULLED CLOSED TO PROPERLY LOCK Other things of note: 🛜 Do not unplug the Wi-Fi router or modem, as it may cause disruptions to smart home devices and guest access. If you experience any connection issues, please contact us for assistance. 🧻🚽 Please only flush toilet paper in the toilets – do not flush feminine products, paper towels, or even “flushable” wipes as they will damage the septic system. 👥 No unregistered guests. Only agreed upon number of registered guests allowed unless given permission by host. So we can keep our cleaning fees low for you, we pay our cleaning crew hourly instead of a flat rate. This way we can pass our savings on to you with a lower base cleaning fee. To do this, our base nightly rate covers up to three guests. Each additional guest beyond three will incur an extra fee of $15 per night to compensate for the extra hours of additional cleaning and laundry involved. 🍔🥤 No food or drinks in bedrooms. 😴 Checkout is strictly before 10 AM. If cleaners must return due to late departure, a $50 return trip fee applies. If late checkout prevents the next guest from arriving or causes lost revenue, additional charges will apply. 💲 If breaking of rules or any amenities are taken that cause a refund for the next guest, you will be deemed responsible to pay for the missing items as well as the lost booking. This includes retaliatory reviews or damaging our name on social media. 📖 Please read the house rules before contacting the host. 🧴 Shared Amenities: Shampoo, hand soap, and bulk items like dish soap are provided for your convenience and for future guests.
