Open kitchen located on main floor is fully equipped with oven, microwave, several coffe makers regular coffee, expreso and Keurig, toaster, ninja blender, crockpot, dishware/flatware, basic cooking essentials, pull-out pantry & drawers, solid surface countertops. On the main floor: Master bedroom has King sized bed and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has bunk bed with a full-size mattress on top and a fold out futon on the bottom. Relax in the hammock under the treehouse deck or stretch out on the private beach area. Bbq grill on patio downstairs Have a relaxing meal on the outside deck. The short canal leads directly into Pine Island Sound and in 10 minutes by boat you are in the Gulf or enjoying the shell filled beaches of Sanibel Island, Captiva, Cayo Costa or Fort Myers beach.
