Look no further this new 2017 home will surely make your stay extremely comfortable. Large enclosed 12 x 28 Lanai overlooking the water with A/C is extremely relaxing and quiet. Large concrete dock allows for gathering next to the water and enjoyment of nature. Dolphins and Manatees do go up and down the channel and are an extra treat when seen. Bedroom 1 has a King Size bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen Size Bed and there is a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress.
