Wij verbleven met 2 kinderen in dit hotel. Bij aankomst waren we blij en verrast met de locatie. Prachtige ligging op een heuvel en aan het centrum van Saint Hyppolite. Heel klein, mooi dorpje met enkele lekkere restaurantjes. Het hotel heeft een heel mooi panoramaterras, mooie tuin. Een zeer oud gebouw dat gerestaureerd werd, enige minpuntje is dat er geen airco is op de kamers. Kamers zijn wel in orde, badkamer ook. Restaurant mooi, met terras, enkel spijtig dat dit dicht was op zondag. Maar de lekkere restaurantjes in de buurt maken dat snel goed. Prijs kwaliteit, top hotel met een geweldige ligging!! En toch maar 5km van de autostrade.

This was an ideal hotel to explore the surrounding Alsace region and its pretty wine towns and villages. The hotel has a smart reception area, an outside terrace overlooking the old village for relaxing over a drink or meal, and an impressive restaurant where we enjoyed a first class breakfast and a couple of superb evening meals. Our room was spacious with a lovely view of the village and surrounding vineyards. The only reason I have not marked it with 5 stars is that the bedroom was rather bland and starting to look slightly tired, plus one or two of the reception staff lacked training skills, unlike the evening restaurant staff who provided a professional service.

Très bon hôtel, grande chambre , hôtel très spacieux , calme et de haut standing. Avec un resto et un bar cette hôtel a vraiment tout pour passer un bon séjour. L'hôtel dispose de 2 grands parkings Proche de Colmar et de pleins de jolie village typique de la region

Wir durften mit zwei Pärchen zwei Nächte in diesem imposanten Gebäude übernachten. Der Blick von der Terrasse des Hotels über das Tal bei einem kühlen Getränk ist unbezahlbar. Wir genossen dies außerdem nach der Sauna und beim Frühstück. Die Zimmer sehr großzügig und mit Flachbildschirm. An einem Abend speisten wir im Hotel Restaurant und auch hier konnte das Hotel mit Service und leckeren Speisen überzeugen. JA, wir kommen gern wieder!

L'emplacement central pour les visites de la région Le cadre apaisant avec une superbe vue La très belle terrasse (qui mériterait d'être mieux aménagée, c'est un peu tristoune) La grande chambre (supérieure) Le plateau de bienvenue bien fourni Nous n'avons nous essayé le petit déjeuner Le restaurant est bec une carte courte mais agréable On a moins aimé Aucune isolation entre les chambres ni avec le couloir (on entend les voisins dès qu'ils posent un pied par terre tellement le sol résonne et grince) Des lits jumeaux rapprochés (sans surmatelas pour éviter les démarcations) en guise de double lit Plante en plastique dans la chambre (autant ne rien mettre, ça fait vraiment cheap) Plafond à caissons comme à l'hôpital L'absence de de mini bar L'absence de climatisation

Really great experience, well located, clean room and friendly staff. Just check restaurant is open as it was closed on the day of our stay which was disappointing however we were made a reservation at nearby restaurant in village.
