Beautiful place to stay
Lovely apartment near the train station and about 25 minutes walk to the centre .
Good communication from the owner before our arrival and warm welcome when we arrived.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
Lovely choice of breakfast items in the fridge and fresh bread , pastries and fruit brought to us in the morning .

Parfait petit studio à 2 pas de la Gare du Midi.
Grand espace, cuisine équipée, ménage quotidien, refrigérateur rempli pour le petit déjeuner, pain livré tous les matins par le propriétaire.
Chambre très calme.

- Un accueil vraiment parfait et très sympathique (personnel disponible par mail et par téléphone)
- une propreté des lieux irréprochable
- un frigo rempli (boissons, fromage, jambon, confiture, lait, yogourts, petits pains, friandises, etc) pour le petit dej
- une proximité avec la gare du Midi

This was a perfect stay close to train station (5 min walk), clean spacious room, property manager greeted us and explained how to use everything. Washer/dryer very convenient. Candy bowl at entry was a nice special touch
Beds super comfortable. Nice location very walkable. Electric bikes for rent nearby and I highly recommend them for getting around. They were super fun and easy to ride. I would most definitely stay here again. Breakfast was delivered to the room and was very good with many choices. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Artur (owner) 10/10 the location and area 0/10.
Artur was a delightful person. Let us arrive early, gave us plenty of breakfast food in the fridge and fresh rolls each morning. Lovely.
The area/location was sadly horrible though. Very unsafe, drunks on the doorstep at lunchtime, bodega next door had people arguing through the night, human excrement on the street, really dirty area.

as soon i enter the house i feel disappointed the way it look, may be was my mistake thinking was a hotel o something like that, when the owner saw my face he offered to show me a second room which i really like it . and to make a long story short , i was about to apologize to the owner after seen him trying to make us happy. finally i was happy and the host was extremely attentive , we had everything and probably more of what i expected. fridge was full of items fo have a great breakfast , as we did ,and when we open the door there was a basket with fresh bread and fruits. definitely i recommend this place 100% .and was close to everything . really nice thank you , my regards .
