Rustig, schoon hotel op 15 minuten lopen van het centrum. Personeel niet echt geïnteresseerd. Lang wachten voor er iemand kwam om ons in te checken. Ontbijt redelijk tot matig, er is altijd wel iets op: brood, jam, fruitsalade, roerei, kaas, jus d’orange….Je moet er dan echt om vragen terwijl er toch personeel rondloopt. Met een beetje mazzel parkeren voor de deur, schuin inparkeren, maar het straatje loopt dood dus achteruit uit rijden. (Krap) Douchevloer is spekglad, oppassen! Lift is klein en langzaam.

Situation géographique parfaite pour se rendre à Paris en 25 minutes en RER. La station est à 3 mn à pied de l’hôtel. Hôtel très bien situé avec parking gratuit, tout près d’un parc. Très calme, belles prestations, personnel très accueillant. Nous n’avons pas pu tester le restaurant car il était fermé pour travaux. Petit déjeuner parfait.

Hôtesse d’accueil qui n’explique pas le principe de la prise de caution, juste là pour encaisser. Chambre malodorante. Lunettes de toilette en mauvais état, on s’assoit à moitié sur la céramique c’est affreux. Le porte papier toilette qui tombe. Pas d’amenity kit ok pour l’écologie mais aucun en réception non plus, pas de boule quies, j’appelle la réception on me renvoie ch** Restaurant : bien que serveur sympa, on a attendu 1h pour une bavette et un burger parce que la cuisine n’avait plus de papier dans la machine qui sort les commandes… Bref - je ne recommande pas du tout @Accor: rénovez vos Mercure, ils ne sont vraiment pas à la hauteur de leurs tarifs

Très bon accueil. Bon petit déjeuner. ( personne en salle très aimable ) Très bonne literie. Chambre propre Juste revoir le design salle de bain ( douche et armoire en inéquation: pas rénovées) Parking à proximité Nous reviendrons en famille

I stayed here for only one day.. or rather Half day. Staff was good and helpful.. Only shortcoming I saw was that room I was provided was very small. Rarely any space for even moving around bed.. I have stayed earlier in Mercure Hotels.. I was Expecting a better, Bigger Room..

Nice hotel in a lovely location
After having read a number of negative reviews about this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed in one of the nice renovated rooms. The hotel was in a lovely location close to the castle. The service was good and staff helpful.
My only small complaint is there was no shower gel in my room nor milk for tea/coffee.

Bien comme d’habitude avec un personnel compétant .. et aussi comme d’habitude … il fait froid dans les chambres avec un parametrage pour économie pas adéquate à la période hivernale…
