How awful!!!! Upon arrival, a facade that is frightening... 1st room allocated in a lamentable state with very dirty mattresses and mattress pads with blood stains on the mattress, various and varied halos of multiple and very doubtful colors, bathroom with bad smell, stains blood and pee on the walls, shower curtains not at all hygienic, toilet brush soaked in a pink liquid mixed with the remains of previously cleaned stools… and this despite 4 changes of room!!! What a shame for such a big group to welcome its customers like this. There are so many little ways to have a clean and warm room even at a low price… First and last time for us at IBIS! PS: thank you to the receptionist for his patience and kindness…

Hot water tank failure throughout the hotel, the horror, I sent 2 complaint emails, without any response. I hope to be reimbursed, when you travel 500 km with children, you sleep without washing and in the morning no shower to get back on the road, it's not pleasant, but the hotel continues to rent rooms

The room smelled musty, blood stains on the bathroom wall, it looked like there had been water damage because the baseboards were swollen and the paint was peeling. We were coming back from a wedding, and surprise no hot water!!!
