Check in process is the worst you can imagine. Took us 45min to get to the room.

Check in was not easy and had to call after hours for help to get in . Asked for ground floor room , not available , so we were put on 2nd floor !!! . Bed side light worked but the fitting was extremely loose !
Room was clean and mattress was very comfortable . We have stayed here many times but never had these problems before .

J'ai essayé d'annuler ma réservation, impossible.
Yne fois arrivé a l'hôtel personne, ni au téléphone.
Une fois dans la chambre, au boit de 15 min je suis partit.
Odeur bizarre, plafond abîmer, chambre qui sent la misère.

Horrible
Je ne reviendrait pas dans cet hôtel. La borne d'accueil ne fonctionnait pas. La machine à café a débité ma carte sans avoir ce que j'ai demandé. Pas de remboursement. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre tellement ca sentait la cigarette. Obligé d'éteindre le chauffage qui faisait trop de bruit....accueil passable.... tout les B&B ne se ressemblent pas !
