Our room was in the basement with a view of the land!!! You could make out a semblance of a swimming pool and the sea in the distance!
I found a clump of hair stuck to the shower tile!
Other than that the bedding is good...
However, the breakfast is not up to par.
Scrambled eggs are not good. We also ordered an omelet (more than 15 minutes of waiting)
Restocking is not done regularly. There was no more cheese, no more orange juice! No fruit yogurts, only plain! It's a bit expensive, 18€/person.
I will not return to this hotel..

Très belle vue sur l Océan.Très belle piscine et solarium. Dommage que des personnes se sentent obligés de venir à côté de vous et d être bruyantes alors que presque tous les transats etaient disponibles.
Je garde cette adresse si besoin pour un départ matinal ou arrivée tardive à l aéroport.
Ma chambre était agréable, le cocktail de bienvenue est un plus.

There was a beautiful view over St.Denis and the ocean from the hotel that we really enjoyed. The staff was very serviceminded and friendly. The rooms had a unique interior design.

Nous avions séjourné au Creolia il y’a 7 ans et nous avions aimé le charme de ce bel hôtel réunionnais… hélas, la qualité a beaucoup changé. Nous avons été très déçus, autant par la qualité du service qui est déplorable, le restaurant qui est tout simplement immangeable (et très cher en plus!), la chambre si petite qu’on a pas pu ouvrir nos deux valises en même temps, sans i ou armer du petit déjeuner insipide à plus de 30 euros! Cet hôtel a perdu tout son charme et même son âme avec son changement d’enseigne, c’est bien dommage…

Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Un grand merci à Greg au bar pour ses cocktails, Taera, Cyril, Landau et Julio au restaurant pour leur service et sourire que ce soit pendant le petit déjeuner ou lors du dîner , toujours un mot gentille même quand ils sont débordés. We stayed here for 5 nights. Rooms decent size ( but sparcely furnished). Great pool. The staff were pretty awesome. Nothing too much trouble. A bit out of town but we had a hire car and parking was no issue. The restaurant food was really nice.

Emplacement et accessibilité : L’hôtel est idéalement situé dans les hauteurs de Saint-Denis, à proximité de l’aéroport, ce qui est pratique sans pour autant subir les nuisances sonores. Le quartier, au premier abord, peut sembler un peu « zone », mais il est sécurisé. Cependant, il n’y a aucun commerce à proximité immédiate (comme une pharmacie), donc il est nécessaire d’être véhiculé. Chambre : L’hôtel est plutôt bien dans l’ensemble. Ma chambre était un peu petite, mais offrait une vue imprenable sur la piscine et l’océan, avec une bonne exposition. La douche et les toilettes ne sont pas séparées, et les lits twins sont d’une petite largeur. La propreté est au rendez-vous, avec un ménage quotidien. Accueil : Le personnel est agréable et avenant, ce qui a rendu mon séjour plus plaisant. Restauration : Le petit déjeuner est excellent et bien diversifié, bien que le prix soit de 21€ par jour. Les cocktails sont à 8€ et un coca zéro coûte 5€. L’hôtel est plutôt calme, dommage que la piscine extérieure ne soit pas chauffée. La salle de fitness, quant à elle, est un peu petite avec du matériel vétuste, et seulement un tapis sur deux fonctionne.

Emplacement et cadre magnifique avec vue aérienne sur St Denis mais boire un verre en terrasse un dimanche fin d après midi est une expérience négative. Service déplorable et personnel incompétent malgré une certaine bonne volonté ! C est vraiment dommage !
