The hotel is ok, compared to others where we have been in 40 days in US the staff was not very open, especially the lady who did the night shift.
Spacious room for 4 people but with carpeting. Quiet place. Ample breakfast but not hot. Laundry room available.

This facility is generally clean, well-run and priced attractively. Check in was error free. Complimentary daily breakfast was appreciated and the offerings were minimally sufficient (the “hot” portion refers to a waffle making station and toaster). The room was generally clean and serviceable, although the following deficiencies were noted: easy chair in the room was worn and soiled. Bathroom water pressure was abysmal (both shower and sink), and the water never got truly hot. Smart tv could not be connected to the guest internet throughout the stay, limiting available programming. Mattress too soft and on an odd incline. Ironing board cover was stained and unclean.

My reservation was messed up, as they had checked in someone else the previous day under my confirmation #. They were able to sort it out with minimal delay, but want to make sure I wasn’t charged for an extra day.

Couldn’t get into my room. The concierge had to get a tool to open my door. And both times he wasn’t at the front desk so I had to look for someone to help me.

It was clean but older and wallpaper was peeling in the hall, the bathroom door was coming off the hinge, bit the staff was awesome! So friendly and helpful. They always greeted us with smiles and sayimg hello.

They told me my booked room was a smoking room. I did not book a smoking room. They told me they would change me to a non-smoking room only if I paid an additional $110. I declined this obvious attempt to get more money out of me.
